Basic info: Oka was a infamous for posting radical anti Japanese propaganda anime arts on 5ch(which was called 2ch back then)
He once posted his graduate certificate to prove that he's smarter than any of his haters, of course he hided stuffs that might get himself doxed when he posted this.
But massive data breach on 2ch gave anons enough info to dox him, which lead to massive harassments toward him(so called けんま,Kenma)
How he become well know in 2ch:
He was an active user of 喪男(men who can't attract opposite sex) board
It was not a big surprise since he's a 150cm Asian male
Anyway he started posting radical propaganda and just edgy shits on 5ch, it was kind of spammy so even degenerates on 2ch started hating him

He once talked about encountering racist people during his stay in Australia
Since then he believes that Japan is an obsolete country that need to be destroyed
He's also a passionate learner of Esperanto, being able to speak in that niche language made him feel more superior than anyone else on 2ch
He also bragged about graduating from Waseda University (bragging about how educated themselves are is very common in websites like 2ch)

Aforementioned data breach was targeted towards server where info of people who purchased 2ch premium plan
Anons managed to find his irl name and from it but couldn't find anything more than that
But then, they found the person in the same name who attended to local Esperanto learning club in local library
It turned out to be he is a big part of Japanese Esperanto learning community, more pictures of him were found in the books, magazines etc

Shit hit the fan. Massive harassment toward him had began
Such as paste sticker of nude photoshopped picture of him in the park near from his house,
and random cars they found nearby and sent random people at his house by using dating app, warn the kindergarten near from his house that "schizo man is living nearby, beware",
Aftermath:
His family went somewhere else and not being seen after 2018, I guess he's smart enough to hide from 2ch users for 4 years in raw
