Being a popular streamer is like any other creative endeavor, it requires more work behind the scenes than most people imagine, as well as a natural talent for entertaining people. Keffals has neither. He is lazy as hell, and more importantly, he can't adapt to his audience. You can't attempt to build a following that is based on scolding people off the internet and crybullying alongside Taylor Lorenz, and then turn around and attack "tenderqueers."

Plus, there's only room for an extremely limited range of personality types and brands in the TRA scene, and disagreeing about anything is verboten (look at how much of a hive mind they are even on non-trans topics like covid measures, for example). If a popular creator tries to step out of line and express an original thought that doesn't line up with group wisdom, they are hounded until they get back in line (see Contrapoints). Keffals doesn't have a chance.
