There's some edge cases. Primarily the now distontinued "string"/polypropylene implants. The implanted bits swell continuously and apparently cannot be removed. 1. It is in fact illegal in many countries to order medication from a foreign nation that isn't prescribed to you. In the US, anabolic steroids are classified as a Schedule III drug, though I don't know if that applies to titty skittles. In any case, even if it weren't illegal, it would still be stupid to attempt to drug yourself without any kind of medical oversight, and even dumber to engage in the medical quackery that is troondom.
2. I'm sure I don't even need to address the harm that taking synthetic hormones can cause, especially on a developing child. But if it's true that the bulk hormones that the Brazilian troon was ordering from China contained 2% benzene in them, that's not just harmful, that's flat-out deadly.
3. Lucas specifically financially supported the DIY HRT Directory and promoted it multiple times, including a link to the wiki on his website. There are plenty of receipts despite his recent attempt to DFE and hide his involvement. He might not be as directly involved as Bobposting was, but he definitely had a hand in the matter. And that's before getting into the catboy ranch shenanigans and his frequent stated intent to troon out as many minors as he could.
