I would have less disdain towards HRT and sex change procedures if they were seen as radical cosmetic alterations for unconventional adults, rather than sold as "life saving" procedures that keeps neurotic adolescents and young adults from killing themselves.

I would still have a very big problem with it for one simple reason, leaving out that the whole idea of changing your sex is fucking retarded and impossible, and that is because anyone insane enough to contemplate mutilating their own genitals to LARP as the opposite sex is too insane to be competent to consent to such radical surgery.

I’m late, but no there are not. Some tattooists offer ‘medical’ tattooing - colour realism specialists, there are a lot of very nice tattooists that offer nipple tattoos for women who have lost breasts to breast cancer, and these can look great superficially. But you’re trying to make something flat look like it has a 3D shape, or look like something completely different. I can’t see how it could be possibly be done with more success. It’s like trying to face paint a dog to look like a bird.
