Poor guy, I really wanted to see him turn his life around. While I don't have anything in particular against trans people individually, Avery is clearly in a bad mental state, and shouldn't be making life altering changes to himself just to feel better. It rubber-bands. It's going to come back to him and he's going to have an even greater crisis, perhaps go beyond into something like contemplating suicide. I was just watching a vod of Avery and Mandalore playing through A Moment of Silence a couple days ago when I thought to myself, "I wonder what Avery/Shammy is up to?". I proceeded to run head first into him having a manic trans/vore related crap on their twitter and left wondering what the fuck happened. Being shunned and abandoned by all your friends for being an APD/alcoholic asshole and starved for any kind of attention would troon out any youtuber I bet.

Now I'm yelling in pain, its the owl guy with the long essays that I really enjoyed watching. I did NOT see this coming, but I only watched his YT. Literally the only person I "follow" on any social media is Null on poast and TG.

I've never met a Tranny in real life yet they ruin everything I enjoy ever. Fuck.

Maybe I'll read through the thread to understand how we got here, maybe I'll just forget he ever existed. We'll see.

A line, that I hoped was just a throwaway to piss people off, only to turn out to be a rather grim foreshadowing.
And, judging by the spike of repeats in the player, I'm probably not the only one, who thought the same thing.

Yeah, I've realized that I've actually not watched him in a while, so I missed the Elden Ring one. Time moves so fucking fast. Maybe I'd also have noticed tendencies in the video, because that line alone is a weird statement.

He always had a depressed and neurotic tone about him. I felt it was a shtick, but no, he probably suffered (and still suffers and will suffer until 41%) from, at the very least, depression.

Iirc his family kinda soft disowned him for being gay. Every story about them he told on PST paints them as right wing, so they probably stopped caring a while ago.

Honestly, I always knew from the get go that he was a wreck who used drugs and alcohol to hide his problems. Like seriously, most of his stories he would tell involved him getting drunk, high, or both. He is just a basket case that is FULL of bad combinations. As a side, I actually wonder if him and Mandalore are still friends. Before I was in the camp of they keep their friendship on the down-low, but now I'm not sure since Mandy has done his best of distancing himself from drama since the Vinny incident. And I feel like any day now Shammy is gonna spill some serious beans.

He also mentioned in his video descriptions that he was dropping hints about his change and I'm willing to bet he did it post haste to piss off "deh twansphobs".

The most notable thing I recall with Avery and his family was a story he told when he thought he was having a heart attack, he had to call his dad and essentially beg him to let him go to urgent care. His dad was especially annoyed at this and told him whatever but you're paying, and it turned out to be a fucked up nerve in his chest/ribcage.

The other stories I'm able to recall were when he mentioned his dad being in a weird religious cult and the few interactions he had with his dad through them, like joining them in a ceremonial dinner party. After that, there was the wedding on his dad's side which is what lead up to him using cocaine, and what I genuinely think has lead to this spiral.
