The apparent championing of Russia within Western White Nationalist circles is admittedly disorienting to Eastern Europeans especially those with nasty histories over Russians / Soviets. However, you have to understand that the Western World that defined the Cold War no longer reflects the West as it exists in the year 2022 going on 2023. I attribute that confusion to the following:
Those confused Eastern Europeans barely lived in the West, if at all. Despite the Westerners' pretenses as champions of democracy, equal opportunity, equality and freedom, the reality is that these luxury belief systems are afforded to only a privileged segment of the population with vastly disproportionate influence in public life. For the rest of the population especially those unsympathetic to progressive neoliberal humanist values, their lived experiences can only be defined by extreme repression. Merely expressing politically incorrect opinions tied to your identity will cost you your livelihood or, depending on where you are, get you fined. Depending on how notable you are, local media may orchestrate a PR campaign against you to further turn up the heat. Couple these phenomena with the reality that Western societies, especially in United States, United Kingdom and Commonwealth countries (Canada, Australia, New Zealand), do everything in their power to accommodate non-Whites at the expense of their native White populations which includes everything from preferred placement in the private and public sectors to even underpolicing crime all while placing every White person under the microscope for the slightest of perceived infractions, any genuflection from a powerful foreign government towards them will be greeted very warmly. Russians are keenly aware of the resentment and dispossession non-liberal / non-leftist Westerners feel towards their broader society and play on that to their advantage. For the Eastern Europeans who've never experienced any of this, it's easy to dismiss it as conservatives deliberately overblowing it, and Western right-wingers' collective lack of professionalism and intellectualism do them no favors.
Eastern Europeans are at least 20 years behind the culture. Those that think Reaganism still has any cultural relevance couldn't be further from the mark. Outside of the GOP, Fox News and Neocon media, Reagan is viewed very dimly in American culture. His Presidency has steadfastly been critiqued by our intellectual establishment which consistently rank him as one of our worst Presidents ever. Consequently, the values he embodied (family values, church, free enterprise) have been completely upended by the time of W's second term. We now have LGBTQ+ lobbies fighting tooth-and-nail to provide "gender affirm care" to children and pro-abortion activists fighting in light of the recent Supreme Court ruling, ginning up their base to likely keep the progressive status quo going. The West they knew from the '80s died in the 2000s.
It's not disorienting at all, it's disappointing.
In none of my posts did I say that the problems you mention are not serious or real. Nor did I ever made a demand for some return to cuckservatism. Your "extreme repression", while serious, is nothing compared with the repression we endured through during communist era, and is also nothing compared to the repression dissidents endure in Russia and China, the "model countries".
What's infuriating is that you guys acknowledge all these issues, and yet instead of trying to fix things, and I have to be careful with my words here for obvious reasons, you expect foreign nations to literally destroy the primacy you enjoy on a world stage. The consequences of that will be losing your allies in East Europe, China expanding its influence over Asia, Japan as an ally, lost, Taiwan and its tech capabilities, lost.
YOU have to muster the strength and fix things. YOU have to find a message that's deeply normal, not one based on something 90% of the population considers insane. There is no help coming. America has insane military potential, nukes, it cannot be broken so you get a cozy ethnostate in the South, how will you split the army and nukes? The industry?
Nobody can come and save you, guys. I know the situation looks dire, but understand that people in other parts of the planet are under war for decades, live largely without water and food, and they still struggle to survive in far worse conditions.
Russia and China are not friends, they are competition and enemies and as long as the GAE exists, they will forever be that.
And there is no such thing as complete isolationism and retreat from the world. Eventually they'll come for you too, and you will lose all your allies. Abandoning Europe in itself will simply make null all your WN credentials and pretenses.
It's all up to you to find a reasonable path that can be pursued to fix things, one without the stringent paranoia shown by the TRS, without grifters like Nicole Fuentes, without propagandists for foreign empires.
An attempt at normality has to be pursued.
