Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

I don't see the point in getting mad over the Velma series. Sure, they're talking about how great it is and how everyone who doesn't like it just isn't enlightened enough now, but we all know it will last one season and be quietly cancelled.
One of the main reasons not to be too mad about it is it's fucking Scooby-Doo. As terrible as it is looking it will be, it's entirely possible it won't even be the worst incarnation of the franchise so far. It's not like they're scrawling Hitler mustaches and dicks all over the Sistine Chapel ceiling or something.

God, they've learned nothing about why this show almost got cancelled.
They couldn't be more blatant if the characters have a full orgy to show how "in love" they are.

Here's what everyone working on this dogshit doesn't understand, kids, don't give a shit about how gay your characters are or their sexuality.
Children are more interested in characters being in danger through hardship (and by trouble, I mean characters having to go through actual problems that may cost them their lives or lose the people around them. Not petty issues like people saying mean things about you). They want to see the characters go on crazy adventures.
The Parents, the people responsible for deciding what their children will watch and have the money to pay for the kids, aren't going to show them this show due to the fact it raises awkward questions about sexuality that aren't simple to explain at that age, regardless of what the pedophiles on Twitter say.

The Owl House other hands, wants to brag about how many lgbt+hasdkjsfjmcx characters are, and they're so in your face that it's obnoxious.
Despite how many cartoon reviewers are constantly bragging about how "great" this is for being so diverse.

The ratings for this show have always been terrible.
Barely anyone watches this show, and the only reason Disney didn't cancel the damn wasn't that they were a dedicated fanbase large enough to support the show.
They didn't want to lose their relationship with their rabid LGBT members. It was only for political reasons that this show is still alive.
It had nothing to do with the quality of the show. It's only still around because of Disney's politics, and it will lead to their bankruptcy if they keep pulling this nonsense.
God I looked up Sarcastic Chorus because I thought it was an Overly Sarcastic spin off channel and thought it was funny to give writing advice when you like cartoons, but this guy's entire thing is not liking straight relationships and jelqing his cock when lesbians show up. INcluding liking the Beth incest in Rick & Morty, but finding Helluva Boss and Invincible "traumatizing". God I hate cartoon fans so much, the Oscars were right the animation industry IS for kids

Hearing about how this Velma show will turn out to be an utter trashfire, makes me thankful that at least Matthew Lillard won't be stuck voicing this dreck, I think. In fact, when this show makes even the live-action Scooby-Doo movies look good, that's not a good sign, at all.
He’s getting his love over in Multiversus. Hearing him talking shit to Batman/Superman/Rick/ect is pretty fun.

Here's your children show made by Disney.

The adult world is nothing like the world I thought it was.

Well, that’s who the target demographic is, the adult fans who watch and review cartoons like that guy are usually stunted losers and faggots. I mean, I love cartoons but you should never get obsessed.

By the way, I look at Sarcastic Chorus’s videos, the guy is definitely gay.

The only cartoon worthy of fanatic adult love is Spectacular Spider-Man.
i will die on that hill

"Please fucking kill me, Dana Luz injected me with so much testosterone magic juice my bones are literally shattering. Please, dear viewer, for the love of all that is holy, just end it all."

Seriously, WHY IS SHE SO GODDAMN DEPRESSED?

They aren't even trying to fucking hide it anymore. They know this is what most of their man/womanchild viewerbase coom to the show for.
They need a category called tumbler cartoons

Name a single bad one.
Go on, try.
You can't
I can name three, episodes 4, 6, & 9 of season 2.

Number 4 was mediocre while I like Doc Ock, the Master Planner should have been someone else.

Number 9, Shocker was one of my favorites but the enforcers were lame and unnecessary.

Number 6 had a good idea but what happened to John was just wrong.

I'm not even going to touch that. Man, that was fucking season finale material.
>6
It's supposed to be fucked up. What John went through in the comics was worse but still. Man was victim to something outside of his control at the wrong time, same as Parker.
>9
Not a lot happening in this episode, I admit. The strong implication of Captain Stacy knowing what was up with Pete was great. Not really a bad episode. Mid, really.

sorry, man, you failed

Don’t care, it’s wasn’t even my favorite spider-man show. I prefer Spider-Man Unlimited. While not the best series, I was more interested in that.
