Not really, you can have genuine reasons to be dysmorphic, like obesity and various other genetic mishaps or accidents. There are plenty of people that drew a rather short straw in life and have severe difficulties finding affection and partners, but the answer will never be inceldom, suicides or amputating things you dislike.
That's a shame about CrashChaosCats, I used to think that she was a sane detrans for seemingly being accepting of her body and mistake instead of whining how "They ruined meee1!1" like most detrans cow we've been seeing in the last few pages, and she seemed to leave the internet for good... And yet... Yep, she's back to gender nonsense again.
I do think it's hard for any trooners to be truly sane anyway, because it requires a huge amount of leap of logics to even believe in bullshit like "gender identity" in the first place. Troons like to ask normal people "Imagine if you wake up as the opposite sex" as a way to teach people about dysphoria, but this never works because normal people would just go about their day with their new sex. Most people don't have "internal gender identity" to get worked up over like these loons.
"Too late to detransition" is a very gender ideology poisoned mindset, because you've never become the opposite sex, nor truly look like one. Ironically... the more trannies we have, the easier it gets for people to clock them. She'll be seen as just an ugly bald woman because that's what she is. E.g. In Thailand, ladyboys are a lot more feminine and high effort than average western MtFs, they fool the foreigners, but locals can all clock them easily because we see them all the time and know where to look.
Due to their unresolved delusion and myriad mental issues, detrooners tems to either go back into surgery chasing again in hope to 'revert' their bodies because they have a warped ideas about sex: they think that being a man/woman is simply a collections of shallow characteristics like clothes, hairstyle, and tits size. (This is why they thought trooning out works in the first place) - or they make "detrans" into a cause and an identity because they don't have a real personality beyond the labels.
Unlike some people here, I don't mind if you're going to be a bald woman with beard and zipper chest scars. I actually think more highly of people who can accept their body, especially if it is a 'true acceptance' and not just cope. It's better than ruining it more by hopelessly trying to reverse it. Trying to police what they should look or dress tend to lead them into another type of insane detransers that are all about overcompensating and ended up obsessing with getting endless 'reversion' surgeries which don't actually work. All they should do do though, is to suck it up and accept their body and the truth that it's largely their fault and no one can change sex... Instead of whining how everyone "made them do it" and fishing for pity on Twitter. They need to work on their deep seated issue that caused their body dysmorphia and gender belief or else they'll never be happy.
I just hope that in the future, all "transition" procedures are seen as simply body modifications just like stupid tattoos or butt-ugly lip injections... And not anything meaningful identity wise.
