I read a lot of weird shit when I was that age. He might have just had the book lying around. You might be able to ask him, he has an account. Or he might have even come up with the name on his own. It isn't much of a stretch to make a portmanteau of Moldova and Transylvania.

It was a fairly common old net meme at the time, I can recall someone uploading it in a PDF format to a forum I was on and the members loved it and these where mostly old guys more interested in beer an fishing than anything else and talked about it for years.

The saddest thing for me about modern Chris is his belief that he is immortal and stopped aging at 21.

He'll never realize "I'm 40 and never had a career or a wife or children and probably never will because my youth is over and I failed to achieve anything I ever wanted". He'll never think years down the line "I wasted 15 years waiting for the merge and it never came, I need to do something else with my life" he thinks he can wait centuries if he has to.

This probably why he's taking a year in jail (and another coming it looks like) so well. He doesn't think "a year of my life is gone forever" he thinks this past year was only an infinitesimal speck in his eternal life, nothing lost because he doesn't age. Even if he were sentenced to 90 years, he'd just tell the judge "So what? I'll still be here at age 130 with a 21 year old body, and all the millennia left I need to find Lovely Weather and give birth to Crystal!"

I couldn't agree more. He's spent far too long in fantasy land to have any hope of getting out.

Manchester high school was the worst time of Chris's life because it was the 1990s and Chris was autistic, thus bullied everyday, and needed popular girls to protect him.

When news does break this board will be red hot. I remember when the Janke stuff first happened, you could barely keep up with events. Right now Lucas has stepped in for Chris. Despite his crimes Chris had at least some sympathetic qualities, he made some funny songs and had an interesting story. The same cannot be said for Lucas who is just utterly miserable and loathsome without exception.

#HarassCwCdirectly was the last real saga before the idea guys permanently buck broke Chris into the dumb goddess shit. It wasn't a great saga at the time, but it's grown on me looking back now. Regardless, I'm glad to see Doopie is doing so well. It's some karma for her not blocking CWC immediately when he started creeping because she didn't want to lose a paypig.
