It wouldn't stop weapons getting in, but it would hamper civilian logistics. beyond this, Russia have been very restrained in their conduct. A couple of days ago, we saw how much damage they could inflict at the drop of a hat, and even so with remarkably few casualties. They'll do what they need to do, and no more.
But enough about what Russia is receiving
He is about as likely to "snitch" as he is to stop hiding from the draft in his grandmother's outhouse (ya know....if he was actually russian) given how he is straight up lying in a pretty easily demonstrated way given how he is specifically saying i posted a CP screencap and received nothing but a threadban for it two weeks or so later, which would almost certainly be of extreme interest to any mods or wandering jawshes.
Probably because despite apparently being at total war with all of NATO combined since week 1 of this three day war, russia is extremely reluctant to take even a tiny risk of hitting a NATO country's personnel even if doing so would allow them a serious and possibly war winning strategic advantage
