While I doubt the legitimacy of many of the rumors, I find it highly unlikely that Charls stopped talking to Sam just because Sam stood up for his principles.

Too many people think that old MDE magic is going to come back, but MDE was a troupe (even if it didn't start that way). Half of whom Sam ran off for good and the other won't go near him without cash up front. It's never going to be the same again, and old fans of the old work aren't getting any younger. Charles isn't ever working with Sam again. I don't know exactly what the last straw was, and I doubt he'll ever say, but Sam should be used to it by now because he seems to have burned every bridge he ever had until recently.

I think it was his (former) editor Trapped who said something along the lines of:
Sam is an asshole and he treats people like shit but gossiping online is for women and therefore I won't go into detail about what he did.

It seems Charles shares the same sentiment.

Sam doesn't have patience for people who can't deliver a product in a timely fashion. I believe he has realistic deadlines, but works with creative people who don't have the best work ethic (weed). I can think of five projects off the top of my head he's shown previews of but never released. He also coincidentally doesn't work with those crew members anymore.

Another thing that ruins his relationships is money. I remember a few of his older associates complaining that he basically didn't pay what he had agreed after the work was done. He even made an Instagram post tagging Charles that if he came back he would pay upfront. That implies there was an issue with that in the past and several other former associates have said the same thing.

I think the reason the current lineup works is because he realized he has to pay a decent wage. Plus, his crew is younger and have interests outside of MDE but are also fans and enjoy the variety of projects and technical challenges Sam provides. They bring a lot of skill to the table when you really look into them. For anyone keeping score (only PeggyBeefFlaps), this has been the longest lasting roster and they seem to have a good dynamic when it comes to quality content and productivity. It seems to be a mutually beneficial and creative relationship.

Anyone who thinks Sam or the MDE brand has been inactive since World Peace was canceled is missing some of the best MDE content - and it keeps going. Sam just announced his second music festival this month, which is scheduled for Halloween. Transexuals continue seething.

Not sure if this has been posted here but I was listening to an infowars interview with Sam and he went into why he and Charls don't talk anymore. When World Peace was about to be cancelled someone at Adult Swim gave them an ultimatum, they said you can keep the show if you denounce the alt-right and make a public apology. Sam stuck to his guns and refused to do it and Charls saw that as a sort of betrayal throwing away years of hard work over politics.

Sam is a habitual liar who already made up a ton of really obvious lies about Adult Swim and World Peace (including the bizarre claim that "[Adult Swim] wanted to buy season two immediately and shoot 100 more episodes" which would have immediately put it in the top 5 AS shows of all time). This is most likely just another one of those lies because there was not much chance of WP getting a second season just based on the numbers. It had a primo time slot (as primo as AS time slots get, being on Friday just past midnight and immediately following AS's most popular show) and pulled in mediocre numbers which it kept on bleeding. Losing a quarter of its viewers in a month is almost impressive.

In comparison, these are the numbers of the infamous AS flop, Brad Neely's Harg Nallin' Sclopio Peepio.

This show, despite being made by one of AS's most popular creators and averaging about 100,000 more viewers an episode (just before midnight on Sunday) was cancelled after one season.

It's not gossip if you have a real story about someone who did something to you, and if you know someone is a grifter or manipulative person you're not more of a tough guy if you keep that information to yourself. I don't know how this shit started but I only see wiggers and fat pseuds repeat it, so if everyone's favorite meme actually collaborated with the feds either confirm it or deny it. You don't get extra point by IMPLYING there is gossip but being principled about it, it's twice as gay to tease gossip.

Sam then says he regrets being so bitter toward the step brother growing up but claims it was because the step brothers mother was a "cold cunt." Sam believes the kid now works at a think tank in DC.

That was really the only bits worth mentioning. Nick was entertaining and funny as usual. I think he carries Pgl by this point.
