This would be covered by the HOA. Did he grift for this?
First, the HOA only covers the maintenance on outside of the building and the lawn. They did fix the spot in the roof that was leaking. In his green screen unboxing video, he says he is doing the unboxing instead of playing games because the roofers are too loud. You can also hear them pounding nails, so he wasn't lying that time.

Second, no he didn't beg for money. This was a different time. He just moved to Seattle. He had his whole future ahead of him. The worst thing that had happened to him at this point was a few fans being unhappy with Panda as mod. He was still in contact with Rambo. He still had money to burn on furniture and knick-knacks to fill his new condo. He had money and he had plans and he had his whole future ahead of him.

He was just like, "Huh, looks like some water damage. Guess I'll have to fix that eventually..."

Another scary part of that rant was his mindset that he wouldn't have any problems if he only had credit. Not a single mention about needing to pay back any money he would put on any credit card.
He seriously is the perfect sucker for some predatory credit card companies.
I wholeheartedly believe that he will go into debt as soon as he is able to get some loans again.
Why would he pay it back? That's what Chapter 7 is for.

Oh yeah. Dave is going to fucking hate this game. Says it is a 4 - 5 campaign, Dave is gonna stretch it to 10-15. (if he doesn't wage quit)

You would think that dsp, the matuur adult would actually prioritize his home problems before anything else. His priorities as always, are fucked beyond belief. This motherfucker would neglect his home if it meant more money would enter his pocket.
This is what happens. He brings in more than enough money. He just wastes bit on wwe/doordash/total wine

I think Phil will never feel fulfilled in his life, because what would make him truly happy would be becoming hyper-rich, hyper-successful, and having a myriad of fans who actually love what he does.
No, what would make him happy is if he could just stop playing games. He is terminally jaded about vidya, he hates it, loathes it, has had no interest at all in it for about 5 years.

But he can't stop playing it because he's talked himself into viewing it as his jahb, so he keeps doing it because he needs to have some kind of background noise for his begging and just isn't honest enough to just come out an say it like Wings did. It's ironic that one of the ways he escapes his dreadful existence is by gambling on a mobile game, but that's life.

Quick question I've seen no one ask: The fuck did him and Fat Kat put in the dishwasher? He only has paper plates! It's one of the big reasons his grocery bill is so inflated!

Nobody's asked because you already said the answer - literally paper plates in the fucking dishwasher.

Indeed, look at what happened to his property on the east coast. He let that shit rot without a tennant because he thought he could get more money.

What's ironic is that he's rendered life itself into a game that doesn't really have any challenge - he rakes in stupid amounts of money for being a piece of shit that sits at home all day and being bad at video games, so really anything he wants he can get (calling bullshit on the bathroom stuff, it's likely he's already paid and had any real problems fixed by professionals off camera) and of course he does get it hand delivered.

What Phail lacks is ambition. I've often said his life comes off as attempting to realize the american dream - home, wife, fancy car, envious job where you sit at home all day playing games, even had a second property on the other side of the country. But he lacks any sense of personal desire besides the endorphin hit he gets from alcohol and simply 'winning' on WWE Champs. Even the oft-repeated Wolverine Toy story underscores he only wanted the toy because of the value other people put on it and not himself, which is why he wasn't happy when he actually did get the stupid thing. His whole house is full of junk that has no meaning to him, but it's video game related and other people would say it has some sort of value.

"Uh, wrong! I had a great and relaxing day yesterday, and had to Tweet about it to show my dents fans that I'm not just some loser who begs for cash while living a lie. DEBUNKED."

He's literally too chickenshit to hire a fucking plumber
Also this whole house falling apart arc highlights the fact that he doesn't have friends that he can rely or help him. Even if they dont know much, friends get together to try to solve shit, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but at the end of the day someone was willing to help you. Ill go ahead and say that as time passes by, he will start to realize that he needs friends and that your wife and cat aren't enough.

Well he can't exactly weasel his way out of playing this unless he wants to ruin the autism schedule. This might be fun.

He's way too late to the party on this. Anyone who would have to listen to his da trollz tales would either stay away because he's weird or believe him and stay away so they don't get involved.
