Inactive Byuu / byuu_nyan / setsunakun0 / Near / David Ginder - "Non-binary" furry programmer who wrote a Super Nintendo emulator, tried to blackmail Null into removing his thread, and is probably actually dead lol

*[Couldn't reply to the one I wanted to reply to, so I'm replying to his first reply after what I wanted to reply to .]*
  1. byuu is alive; he put long-term plans in motion to completely reinvent himself with the help and knowledge of a few close friends, attacking Null on the way out. This is especially plausible due to being near the end of his original 3 year visa.
  2. byuu is dead; he actively planned to commit suicide for a long time and then did. The extortion attempt was intended to clean up his legacy since he deleted almost every other trace of himself.
  3. byuu is dead; he spontaneously killed himself during a mental health crisis and blamed Null specifically while it happened.
  4. byuu is alive; when he abandoned his various platforms other actors independently used the opportunity to attack Null. There is enough public knowledge about byuu that close friends could have plausibly fabricated the byuu@byuu.org emails; remember, that domain was no longer owned by him. I rank this least likely due to there being no evidence anyone else had access to near_koukai - that doesn't mean no one did, however.
The biggest hang up on the 4th theory that I've had while constantly re-evaluating things has always been that while I do believe byuu could've played a critical role in the whole debacle, the other thing is that it felt all too orchestrated and planned, even the DDOSing. The president verifying his urn that got mocked for being a cookie jar? Let's roll it back and ask the question, if it truly was his ashes, who took the picture? Who had the ashes? Why was it this guy that's supposedly the president of some cheating device company? It's one of the reasons I've been a high believer of the first one, but at the same time, I could 100% believe that he was propped up as a literal puppet to extort KF, knowing Null would call the bluff. Which reminds me.

For theory 3 there's been a lot of things that just seem inconsistent with stories. I've mentioned in my own post here that the voice call would have a specific symptom, vomiting, heard over the course of a 30 minute call.[sic] The mentioning of overdosing that and supposedly seeing a noose on a voice call (now knowing it's voice makes this even more suspicious) is the first contradiction in the story, and it's only the first paragraph. The medicine he took by the way were to reduce blood pressure and general pain relief. Plus the emails to Null were very quick on his end for each reply. The emails were also moments before the call, so how was he able to do that while under the influence of those medicines? And in that call they claim David plays an obscure song only ever brought up by the group of the people in question once and only once before this incident happened.

That alone is making me think it could be 2. Whether or not he was in on it is up for debate, IF he's dead, and IF he did commit suicide. I woulnd't put the idea that there was some planning by some party to make an attack on KF for convenience.

I don't think that's the order of events but it's understandable because the Telegram timestamps don't have timezones. If you do the math you'll find that the further westward the timezone is, the more the call could clash with Marcan's gay doc being published, to the point where all of the timezones in the Americas are ruled out. Notably if we allow that the call could have started before Byuu posted the first of his final tweets, then the timestamps being in JST seems to neatly make the rest of the tweets being posted coincide with the gay French song allegedly being played:
  • 12:07 AM, UTC: First tweet of thread (face pic and first name)
  • 1:12 AM, UTC: Last Byuu email ("I've posted my dox sans last name to Twitter")
  • 11:45 AM, ??? (if JST, then this is 2:45 AM, UTC): Call starts
  • 3:13 AM, UTC: Byuu posts rest of tweets in thread (they were all posted at the same time)
  • "30 minutes into the call, Les Voyages De L'âme by Alcest started playing at the other end. I wouldn’t hear their voice again." so 12:15 PM, ??? (if JST, then this is 3:15 AM, UTC)
  • 1:09 PM, ??? (if JST, then this is 4:09 AM, UTC): Call ends
  • 3:47 PM, UTC: Hoaxin' Hector tweets his gay doc
(I emailed Null and he said all emails in his post are in CEST/UTC+2.)

Personally I find JST most likely because it'd make sense for him to stop talking to his friend and play the gay French song (making his friend think he roped himself just then) at the same time he posted his final tweets. It also lines up with a few clues in the doc that make it sound like the "anonymous mutual" is a Jap. But who knows this could all just be fake and gay.

Immediately ceased believing anything at this insanely gay point.
Seriously, what are we supposed to believe? Byuu set a timer to set a timer to play this of all songs
30 ish minutes after he dies (if he really means he didn't say anything for 30 minutes)?

And of course the twitter trannies believe it.

Other uploads of it seem to share this, but at least they aren't actually the entirety of the first comments you see.

so im generally new to all the near stuff but i recall hearing about the one theory where essentially near faked his own death because he had stolen and reverse engineered their tech for his emulators and that was the reason he did all this. but that theory got me thinking about possible reasons his name might not show up on the death records. he obviously had a fair amount of money so would it have been possible for him to pay the yakuza or some other organization to give him an escape route out of japan and help him fake his death?

a personal theory of mine is that if he is actually dead he did not die in japan and was in some other country maybe china? and if he is alive which im learning towards that option he most likely did "die" but it was not true death he just simply killed his old self in a metaphorical sense most likely got a new name and is living his life in some random country. if what he was saying is true about his mental issues it would make sense given his history as well that he would be willing to fake his own death in order to escape his critics.

if he is dead or alive or whatever i would say the best way to find out is wait till his parents die and see if his names in their obituaries unless his family hated him he should show up in there maybe even with his new name. i also recall something about him being married has there ever been any more research done into that? like did his husband remarry or have any form of online presence or not much at all?

If he'd done that, they'd have done an actually competent job instead of this absolute bullshit you'd have to have subterranean IQ to believe.

He pissed off Nintendo with his bullshit. He was effectively some loser programmer who really was only good at reverse engineering old consoles and ripping the games. If some pasty white foreigner came to you with a lot of money asking to fake his death and you’re part of an international crime organization would you do it? Better yet he’s an American and that would probably cause a fuck ton of unneeded attention and even more if someone realizes it’s a scam job?

Best odds is Byuu is either back in the US or chained to a radiator in Nintendo’s basement cleaning up code for them being fed natto and rotten fish.

The only thing that worries me about the proof of Ginder not being dead is the site hasn’t updated at all since then. It’s been a year and there have still been no updates. The entire circumstance of his death is absurd and makes no sense so I’m inclined to doubt it but it really does seem like the US overseas death list could just be poorly maintained.

Why would his site be updated if the entire point of this whole charade is that Byuu wanted to get rid of that identity?

So if it's so "poorly maintained" list a SINGLE other dead guy who isn't in it. Ever. At all.

Smarter people than me discussed it a month ago in this thread. There are numerous missing deaths from the US’s data table, and there have been no deaths of US citizens in Japan listed at all since Byuu supposedly died, which is an extremely long gap. There have been gaps nearly as long before, but the odds of that seem too convenient. The reliability of this website is not 100%.

Byuu’s story still makes no sense and given his documented history of faking his own death I would be inclined to believe that he faked it and is using a different name now, but if he was going to do that I also don’t understand why he facedoxed himself. I don’t trust Hector, I don’t trust Byuu, and this entire story makes no sense.

I don’t think Byuu is dead but just because his name isn’t on the website doesn’t mean he’s 100% confirmed alive either. The onus of proof should be on the accusers, however, and again, there is no proof that he is dead.

Thanks for raising this issue. I'd actually forgotten this. I still don't find it convincing.

Do keep in mind that Japan made foreign entry almost impossible to tourists and difficult to all but business and government/diplomatic visitors for two years due to the coof. In fact, this whole Byuu suicide narrative happened after Japan had already closed up. So there being no American deaths in Japan makes sense: there were very few Americans in Japan during that time to begin with.

Is there a easy to reference timeline of Jap coof restrictions anywhere or is it just as simple as "yeah they closed up hard in March 2020"?

No unnatural deaths. Big difference, especially if diseases count as natural, which they seem to do based on the 20 year log.

Shouldn't be that hard... but he may be in the US as well... why look for a white boy in the middle of Ohio? Found some information updated March as of this year... don't know how correct it is. I used this place in a previous position and it proved to be mostly accurate. Hopefully Davey isn't watching anymore.
I have updated information. Davie is alive, would you even think a journo would have done a followup with Patrick?

"do you feel vindicated Patrick now that KiwiFarms is dead after a Trans person finally stopped the doxxing?" DAVID YOU CAN STOP HIDING NOW, THE LIE IS OVER!

Why would Pat keep a number for David up? Where is the first comfy place you would go after you commit fake seppuku? The info doesn't add up?
