The biggest hang up on the 4th theory that I've had while constantly re-evaluating things has always been that while I do believe byuu could've played a critical role in the whole debacle, the other thing is that it felt all too orchestrated and planned, even the DDOSing. The president verifying his urn that got mocked for being a cookie jar? Let's roll it back and ask the question, if it truly was his ashes, who took the picture? Who had the ashes? Why was it this guy that's supposedly the president of some cheating device company? It's one of the reasons I've been a high believer of the first one, but at the same time, I could 100% believe that he was propped up as a literal puppet to extort KF, knowing Null would call the bluff. Which reminds me.*[Couldn't reply to the one I wanted to reply to, so I'm replying to his first reply after what I wanted to reply to .]*
- byuu is alive; he put long-term plans in motion to completely reinvent himself with the help and knowledge of a few close friends, attacking Null on the way out. This is especially plausible due to being near the end of his original 3 year visa.
- byuu is dead; he actively planned to commit suicide for a long time and then did. The extortion attempt was intended to clean up his legacy since he deleted almost every other trace of himself.
- byuu is dead; he spontaneously killed himself during a mental health crisis and blamed Null specifically while it happened.
- byuu is alive; when he abandoned his various platforms other actors independently used the opportunity to attack Null. There is enough public knowledge about byuu that close friends could have plausibly fabricated the byuu@byuu.org emails; remember, that domain was no longer owned by him. I rank this least likely due to there being no evidence anyone else had access to near_koukai - that doesn't mean no one did, however.
For theory 3 there's been a lot of things that just seem inconsistent with stories. I've mentioned in my own post here that the voice call would have a specific symptom, vomiting, heard over the course of a 30 minute call.[sic] The mentioning of overdosing that and supposedly seeing a noose on a voice call (now knowing it's voice makes this even more suspicious) is the first contradiction in the story, and it's only the first paragraph. The medicine he took by the way were to reduce blood pressure and general pain relief. Plus the emails to Null were very quick on his end for each reply. The emails were also moments before the call, so how was he able to do that while under the influence of those medicines? And in that call they claim David plays an obscure song only ever brought up by the group of the people in question once and only once before this incident happened.
That alone is making me think it could be 2. Whether or not he was in on it is up for debate, IF he's dead, and IF he did commit suicide. I woulnd't put the idea that there was some planning by some party to make an attack on KF for convenience.
