Living on the Internet gives these people a false impression of how often your genitals are the focus of your (or anyone else's) attention, in the average day. Cyana has the best results in this thread. It looks shallow, I'm off to see if it's near-zero-depth, which is usually when results are best. it's still not going to be fully functional as a vulva or vagina but it's reasonably healed and from a brief glance, wouldn't create questions.

there's nothing to safely attach the area where a cervix would be. the end of the tunnel isn't supported at all, which is why they can't get depth and, if they do, it can't stretch to accommodate a penis.
vaginas have a natural terminus at the cervix, which is part of the uterus. the uterus itself is supported by ligaments and connective tissues, in women who have had a hysterectomy often the cervix is left to hold the vagina in place. a total hysterectomy removed the cervix too, some of the better reconstructive surgeons will attach it internally to those remaining ligaments to support it. without the cervix the vagina can atrophy, but will never close in on itself, it'll just potentially lose depth.

MtF are obsessed with depth just as men can be obsessed with penis size. trying to have these surgeries "pass" during intercourse is the goal with this too, a man being able to penetrate completely is impossible without the cushion of a cervix and/or internal attachment of the vaginal terminus.

you can't cheat nature.
