You can but it also depends on what we're talking about. If a woman quickly begins rambling about a particular subject you'd find off-putting it will hurt her chances too. I mean, I think the better idea is to just recognize that the issue is bigger than sex.

Sex is ideally supposed to be between secure people who somewhat have things in order, especially since traditionally no matter what there was a chance it might result in a kid. If someone is confident in where they're at then sure, go for it, there's no reason to deny that fucking is a thing. It makes women much happier and less neurotic too, which is obviously a plus so they don't drive everyone insane.

1. First and foremost, there are a ton of fake accounts to make it seem like hot women are in abundance, and to correct for the tremendous gender disparity
2. Second, a lot of PEOPLE in general are NPCs, women included (although you can argue which are more prone to it), which allow the bots to blend in
3. These two factors allow the app to serve you a ton of 'fake' Likes, so you go "holy shit I just signed up and 12 girls want to suck my cock, BASED"
4. Lol oops you can't see them unless you shell out $20
5. If you do shell out $20 and message them, most don't respond, either because they're bots or -
6. A lot of women use it as a time-waster, for affirmation, scrolling with their friends and laughing at bad profiles, you name it
7. 1 in 20 girls might talk to you, but she won't care about your interests because they're probably lame (EDIT: and she will be fat)

It seems like things are just broadly fucked, manifesting in a variety of ways but with an unclear root cause. Have people just lost a sense of community, had their perspectives on the world poisoned by media and the Internet such that politics is complete cancer, and been thrust into an economic situation that's perilous for most people? Are we just in the middle of a period where, for like 40 years, things got kind of fucky-wucky as our way of life realigns to some brave new equilibrium?

I get that sense too. Unfortunately most of my hobbies are sausage fests. When I do manage to meet women that don't have dealbreakers (Overweight is a no-no) and have any form of relation with them, it doesn't work out. They either don't have their lives in order, they're crazy or taken, or some combination. The sex is great but that's the only thing that's great. Trying to meet normal women through dating apps just doesn't do it for me. It's jumping hoops. The sex sucks too, maybe I'm the one who's become too degenerate. Often the women only have watching Netflix and latest media as their life prospects.

But I can say the same about the men in my hobbies too. The lot of them are consuming media and there isn't much else outside of that. Gaming in particular is a deluge of men, and all of them seem to be addled on virtual youtubers or want some form of gamer girlfriend. Almost makes you want to ask where the women are at.

I can sort of answer that question. Few friends got married and had kids. These people don't bother with hedonistic hobbies as much anymore and they've stepped off to take care of their kids/their own lives, usually in isolation or in small social groups.

There's a general sense of pointlessness and people just feeling like they're stuck in their lives. I'd like to think part of it is economic (stagnant wages, nonsense real estate, no mobility), and part of it is a social problem.

I did some reading and found out that the sudden spike of likes is all the scammers, bots, and Asian gold diggers making their move immediately. It stops after that and goes up at a normal rate. But on the specific website I was using, it doesn't matter because of the "shell out $20" and it doesn't really filter out people based on distance enough. Add to that you have to wade through a sea of junk because actually eliminating categories also costs that money.

I mean, my perfect woman was on there and obviously not a bot, but she also didn't reply.

Don't forget all the profiles that are derelict too (they may have made it long ago and don't actively use it, but it's still in the system.)

There were no kids at my door this Halloween. Or the one before. I'm not sure there was one during the year before that one either. Guess it's dying out or there just aren't any children anymore.
