I'll add my 2 cents. Twitter hires from the same workforce as the other Tech Gaints. If Twitter starts allowing hate speech and other taboos, workers won't want to work at Twitter because that'll blackball them in the industry. Additionally, Twitter is reliant on other firms for services and financing. Elon Musk won't endure the same hardship at @Null so the furthest "right-wing" content that he'll allow is Fox News or The Blaze or maybe Breitbart. I could be wrong but overall I don't think his purchase of Twitter will result in a dramatic change.

1. I think Elon Musk was fed-up with the extreme censorship on Twitter and he bought the firm to have (some) control over the censorship. I think he'll find it difficult to exercise to allow certain speech or topics but he will be able to relax some censorship.

2. I think Elon Musk saw that ideological bias was prohibiting profit and he saw an opportunity to make profit. Selling blue check marks to the general public will increase profit dramatically. I think he is motivated by money, not ego.

Why do they keep saying "his wife"? Grimes was never his wife and I'm pretty sure he left her, considering she's still obsessed with him. Her briefly holding hands with a troon was just her being edgy for attention again, and Musk probably knows it.

Musk is gonna cop out.
The signifiacnt change will be some of the more edgy boomer cons and trump will get their accounts back and a bunch of the perpetual angry lefties will leave. You'll still get banned for using slurs and the platform will still be full of losers who use it for their only social interaction.

It has about 10 years of life left anyway.

This won't happen. Senior engineers are still in demand. Tech giants pay insane compensation packages because good engineers are still very much in demand (levels.fyi)
A while back, a couple companies (coinbase, basecamp) banned politics in company communications. There was a ton of backlash from the usual woke losers, but people who worked there change jobs just fine. Most people understand that people are just looking to get paid to do a job, and most of your coworkers are interested in having good working relations.
The hiring pipeline goes (recruiter -> HM (technical) screen -> technical interviews -> HR/Leadership checks). Recruiters are financially incentivized to put as many qualified bodies before the HM as possible. Most engineers are practical and HR doesn't really have any power to veto a qualified candidate at that point unless something illegal or egregious comes up. There might be cases where some vindictive SJW trashes your resume, but thats rare, and is just noise in the hiring process.
Even if you were somehow blackballed from the top tech companies, theres lots of mid tier companies and countless small companies that would love to have an engineer with experience working on the scale that Twitter runs at.

Twitter wouldn't even really need employees if it weren't a bloated propaganda front, and insofar as it does nobody's going to think the guys who polish the robot cocks are guilty by association because it's a soulless tech platform, not a kiwi farm.

Coinbase isn't aiding "Nazi Collaborators." The heat they get because Crypto is a pyramid scheme is minor. If Twitter allowed Neo-Nazis on the platform, people would say, "Why are you working for this company?" Their employees would face social alienation and they'd be blackballed by other firms. Likewise other companies would face the same criticism and they'd be required to blackball Twitter or else they'd be accused of aiding Neo-Nazis. Musk operates under the same culture as everyone else and unless there is a massive cultural shift, he can't do anything about these major issues.
