Bayonetta 3 - What Moon themed song they gonna pick this time

Watched some videos from someone that got the game early, and sucked at it, before it got yeeted and I have some observations:

1. Stinger, heel slide, etc. still seem to be bound to R even though lock-on isn’t. Thinking about it that’s probably a reasonable change considering how fiddly the lock-on was before. Not sure what the input the change weapons is.
2. Scarborough Fair and Love is Blue are available for purchase from Rodin after chapter 1 if you prefer the old movesets.
3. Halos appear to be used mostly for cosmetics and you seem to have free reign to fuck Bayo’s color palette however you want.
4. The channel got nuked before we got Viola gameplay.
How was the music and stages and stuff

So

Game is getting very good reviews.

IGN publish an article about the va controversy and the call for higher pay and residuals for VA's
They reveal how much pedo furry Sean Chiplock got for Zelda. He's still concieted and full of shit tl;dr

Anyway Helena went off the deep end. Shes psychotic. Its sad.

Haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but from gameplay videos I've seen it looks great. Apparently the game does have some technical issues, but other than that it's another hit from Platinum.

Moon themed song this time is Moonlight Serenade:

Viola is by far the most off part of the game. I could probably work with her gameplay like people could with Nero in DMC4, but it turns out the VA is some shitboot youtuber that does charity streams for Trans Lifeline and fuck knows what else; which kind of just saps any will to make it work out of me. They've absolutely nailed the weapons this time. I need to stop using the kamikaze spider attack in every fight I can.

Tbh Viola >>> Loki. Good fucking God. Lol. Loki was the most annoying character and his actor can't act. The VA is a gaysian btw....like a massive one.

The new song is alright. I think it's because of the name. It doesn't start out with that title drop like Fly Me To The Moon and Moon River do. But it is okay.

Dave Fennoy apparently starts out a tad differently in his third time playing Rodin. Apparently he goes more deep at times with his voice?

Is there Japanese voice acting? I have no time for cringe English voice acting.
Don't have my copy yet of 3, but the previous games allowed for Japanese voice with English subtitles. From what I've read online, there are voice tracks in Japanese and English, and subs in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese.

I really liked the old VA not a fan of Jennifer Hale mostly due to overexposure but if Helena has gone full retard on twitter thats a shame. I was watching MatthewMatosis stream Bayo 3 for a few minutes but his chat was full of faggots and I had to leave before I called one of the anime avatars a no no word. But I digress the game looked ok? I try not to hype anything up till I play it so maybe I'm being overly critical... Anyone put any time into it yet?

It’s good. Doesn’t seem to have some of 2’s problems and all of the weapons are pretty cool. The ending isn’t as bad as the dipshit redditors and troons are saying, though I’m not wild about Viola.

All of the original characters die and the lesbian Vergil clone is the new protagonist of the franchise. Oh my fucking god. :story:

At least the gameplay is fun and the music is cool though, which is really all that matters in a Bayonetta game.

The game is stupid fun. It's way better than 2. It feels like an actual evolution of 1. I still haven't beaten the game, been too busy messing around in training mode. This game is probably the only modern game to have this many unlockables and different game modes not have it all behind DLC or some sort of paywall. This makes the other Bayos and DMCs look tame in comparison.

TLDR; This game is nuts and I love it.

Huh... So this is the hill Taylor decided to die on.

No doubt the Womxn™ who like the idea of Bayonetta but haven't actually played the game (and the """"women""" who have) are shitting up the internet with performative outrage as I type this. After all this drama is a great opportunity to grandstand and espouse the particularly retarded brand of feminism that's popular with unenrolled mental patients these days.
tfw when you're right but for the wrong (this too) reasons.

All so this:

What a nazi bigot, am I right? She's unhinged!!!

Does anyone have any tips for the train nilfheim? I finished it once as a fluke but I have no idea how I’m actually supposed to do this one.

Also the first one you do as viola. I swear to god witch time for her is bugged.

My order got delayed until Thursday, sadly, and I've already had the two big "twists" spoiled for me because Twitter couldn't shut the fuck up about them.
Called Viola being a Bayonetta x Luka kid, the fallout from all the butthurt Bayonetta x Jeanne fans has been hilarious. Bayonetta was never a lesbian, and I guess the fact that she ended up with Luka in one of the many multiverses is unacceptable. As for the ending... yeah, don't like how that sounds at all. I'm hoping I'll enjoy the gameplay at least.
