Kinda weenish, I think. Barb doesn't get mad at Chris because he's irresponsible. She gets mad at Chris because she's irresponsible. Chris doesn't deserve to get preached at by Barb for being irresponsible with money.

How could you forget that guy? He single-handedly shot down the lie Chris used to tell about him being an exceptional student and it was BLOODY UNFAIR that he did not graduate on the Honor Roll (where salvaged homework showed that in reality, Chris' grades were so bad that he was on the edge of Failing). Between that and the reveal that the gal-pals only hung out with Chris because they were paid to, it blew a huge hole in Chris' ego when it comes to his high school nostalgia.

I guess the biggest clue Chris was lying the whole time was when he said that the buyer of the PS4 redeemed a bunch of amibos with their voucher. Chris is the only person who would find value in those amibos over anything else he has on offer.

The only thing sadder than Chris trying to pass of a PS4 he bought himself as a gift is somebody compromising their job just to impress people who laugh at autistics on the internet.
