This whole thing is a fucking joke. DSP wants someone to interview him in a neutral manner and softball questions, and by Phil's own account, he's still on the lookout or people to do that. And yet this dude had three opportunities to do that and dropped them all, just because these people wouldn't jerk him off and are actually willing to ask the hard questions.

Phil's reputation isn't such that he can pick and choose who interviews him. Motherfucker better take what he can get.

He's already had his chance to "clear the air" with an "interview". He's already had 2, with quaterpounder and jake James Lugo, and what did they do for him. And this desire for a softball "interview" will ensure that he will never get what he claims to want.

The only people with an audience that give a fuck about him are either detractors or other lolcows, people who have no reason to softball him. The only exception is wings, but Phil wouldn't benefit from that. What he actually wants is someone much larger and ignorant of his past so he pass his bullshit past them.

I think the problem with your theory is that it requires Phil to be assertive in a man to man situation, which requires Phil to be a man. We've seen how he is when talking to other people, all his bravado vanishes and he turns in a little yesman. I can only see Phil trying to give input for the first minute before simply saying OK to everything he's told no matter how bullshit.

I don't think Phil has thought this whole "set the record straight" situation through (shocker). He just reads the posts here and comes up with half-baked ideas for what he should do next since his detractors are his real audience.

Even if he gets what he wants he will still generate a net-negative response. He might see a temporary jump in numbers, members and tips but it won't last. Because as soon as people take five minutes to look into him or tune into a Scorn moment it's over. And this is if he gets his perfectly catered. If something like what you said happen his situation gets 10X worse.

I originally thought he was hoping to net a couple more whales from this drama-chasing, but I think he actually believes if someone gives him this interview he can convince normal people he isn't "The Guy".

Anytime Phil gets scammed intentionally or unintentionally I see as a win. He is absolutely his own worst enemy and his blowing 900 dollars on a TV he apparently can't use to it's full potential due to some capture card software thing is hilarious, especially when he is supposed to have car repairs to pay for.

The fact he continues to see his streams as an endless stream of money will be his eventual undoing, especially since I'm betting most of these high end expenses he puts on payment plans.

Pandalee isn't knockout gorgeous but she is far better looking than Khet even when she wasn't fat. She's got better looking tits too probably.

Meh, unflattering picture and clothes plus time waits for no ma'am. For me, the thing with Panda was more her personality in the early years and the positive things I have to say about her are how she grew a personality (And tits, let's not forget the tits) over time. Early Panda was basically young, obnoxious She-Phil. Older Panda was working to get out of a dead-end relationship and became a real hooman bean, so to speak.

At this point she's average. No point in even comparing her to Fat Kat because she's such a ridiculously low bar to clear, but you wouldn't look twice at her on the street one way or the other. Wingo's own smelly Kelly is more attractive overall than Fat Kat is.

The biggest thing with Phil regarding women is how vain and shallow he always was. I don't think he ever saw or cared about Panda's value as anything other than arm candy/a beard depending on where you stand on things, and he did the same with Fat Kat. 'Member the "Rahckin' bahdy"? 'Member the "Swimsuit Mahdel"? Supposedly, Fat Kat's a college educated trauma/abuse/crazyness survivor and we never heard anything about that. All we've heard is "She makes ME happy." "She loves to cook and clean." "She'll be a second income." "She's hot." "She'll be on streams." 100% of those statements turned out to be bullshit, by the way.

Spoiler: Chad Panda vs Virgin Fat Kat and Phil's development or lack thereof

The Chad Panda legitimately liked Phil, and as much as we can talk shit about that relationship, she gave it an honest try for many years. She was on streams until Phil's ego couldn't take the bruising. She tried to work from home to very little success, and then she went out into the world to earn that bread rather than become a titty streamer, which, by all accounts, she could have done. She was young when she walked into that relationship and matured over the course of it. We can talk massive amounts of shit about young Panda: Fanservice implement, shrill voice, annoying personality, DarkSydePhillis... But by the end she had improved. It doesn't even really matter whether she was good or bad looking. Hell, I'd say her early good looks worked against her because dumbass vain motherfucker Phil plucked her out of highschool PRIMARILY because of that. Even though she was clearly too much for him to handle on just about every level. Even though she got no highschool degree, she ended up getting a GED and was working towards a realtor's license. Panda's development is basically what Phil wishes he himself could do: You just change those things people said you are until you no longer fit the description, and the hate simply fades overtime. How many times has Phil claimed to "Have changed himself as a person and content creator" and to no longer be the things he's accused of? And that's as far as his effort ever went. Hasn't moved a single inch towards bettering himself in 14 years. Panda however, walked the walk.

Meanwhile, the virgin Fat Kat always saw Phil as a payday, monkeybranched to him from another presumably clueless simp, the line that won her heart was "I am a sad but loaded alcoholic and need the help of a good woman to better myself" only to double back that statement into "Ah, I used to be an alcoholic, but now I just spend 100$ a week on Total Wine". At the point Phil supposedly slid into Fat Kat's twitter DMs, or viceversa, she was already a failed Twitch thot, couch surfing benzo'd out potato with way below average looks on a good day and no personality. Supposedly she has a college degree, but works part time, entry level retail infrequently, taking an entire-ass year off in 2018, instead of holding a job, or at least job hopping, at a household where supposedly every other week they're on the brink of financial ruin. Fat Kat managed one and a half stream before she peaced out forever and started ballooning up. They sleep on separate bedrooms. Even just watching DSP's Switch, he picked Bowser as an avatar and she picked Tom Nook. I don't know a single couple who share a Switch (And I've been roped into slave labour at Animal Crossing islands pretty frequently) who don't pick matching avatars. At least Bowser/Peach, Mario/Luigi, something like that. They're not in synch, they have no chemistry, Fat Kat had to go super saiyan before having the inner strength to give the Pigroach a very childlike peck on the cheek, they pucker kissed for their wedding, this is a transactional relationship if there ever was one. Not to mention she's either supposedly so insecure about herself that Phil can't even look at videogame booba anymore, or that's just Phil coming closer to his real, closeted self.

TL;DR:
It's been said a lot, but Fat Kat is a downgrade in almost every sense, plus endgame Panda was legitimately alright, and it's mostly about how Phil squandered that than any simping. Rambo/Aireaidlord are the real ones that got away.
