I've simulated (using advanced photoshop techniques) a possible body that a natal female e-thot might possess. Note the thinned waist, massive reduction in arm size, shoulder size, etc. I've also reduced his troon hair frizz because wammin's don't allow that shit.

As you can see using my incredible photoshop skills, this seems much more proportional instead of looking like a frankenstein hands and head. However, even with these adjustments the eye still picks up more problems. The shoulders are still oddly broad. His hairline is incredibly high.
