I hate the Internet and the people who own it

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
this is the same shit that happened to nyaa (the anime torrent website). Have to use a VPN to browse. Annoying, but not ringing the requiem bells yet.

Also, is it at all possible this is just a very unfortunate coincidence? Or is it definitely tranny malding?
I think it's possible that someone at the datacenter just unplugged the wrong cable. Though, idk how likely that is, or if it is even possible.

The US needs at least two new constitutional ammendants. The right to bank and a First expansion that all products/services utilized for expressing first amendment rights are common carriers.

If this pans out as outright interferrence then we are in unprecedented legal territory. Either we have freedom of speech and expression or we have tyranny and the current public discourse sickens me with the celebration of the silencing of differing opinions.

Odds are pretty low it's a coincidence, and if one company will blacklist you after a day or two of pressure then most of them will given weeks. Over and over we see it, that as soon as one company caves, the rest follow suit, as if they were looking for the excuse all along.

It's the fucking power Google has, even the ex-employees like LFJ get all the possible associations they'll ever need to remove anyone and anything they want from the internet, assuming they're willing to focus on it and send enough bullshit emails.

this is why i never join the huge celebrations whenever we go back. We will be at war until what you request happens. There will be victories and losses. It's all just so autistic.

This is not US only, site doesn't work on the clearnet here in Hungary.
so are you implying that the Kiwifarms will literally be opt-in/opt-out for countries to decent to host it or not? The simple answer to that is just free vpns. We will see if we achieve total global disconnection.

I might be the most retarded user in this thread, but that seems against their own interests to me.

They'd be able to MONITOR jerks much better on clearnet, wouldn't they? I'm not a programmer, obviously.
A forward thinking psycho would come to the conclusion you came to because it makes sense and gives them the most intel. This is playing the long game.

A instant gratification psycho thinks the way that results in the current state of affairs; they don't CARE if it would serve their purposes to observe, report, and nibble the edges, their ego has been bruised and they demand deathblow after deathblow to assuage it.

Greatest irony is that the people who really need this right now were the ones who were strongly opposed to it. I guess those warnings the right likes to give about "if you support private companies doing whatever they want they will turn on you someday" is from experience.

I'm in the US and had to use Tor via Brave. Pretty un-American of America if the powers that be do this on purpose. But it's to be expected these days.
Trannies trying to tear the entire Internet apart just to keep one retarded forum down. Insanity i say.

I think it's the HRT. Putting the wrong sex's hormones in your body ain't natural.

The whole "need new Amendments" thing: yeah but even if the Republicans take Congress all across the board in a week you won't have the power you need. You see, the problem is, the ability to make these decisions, to crack down on free speech, is -- contrary to what they claim -- a power they desire.
And therein arises the problem: the (D)'s want the censorship on ideological grounds, and the (R)'s want to do what their corporate overlords request of them. 80% of politicians are going to be in favor of keeping this status quo. And the US political system is designed with inertia in mind... they ain't going anywhere soon, they get all the power they need to stay just where they are. (Term limits woulda been good, but they don't want that)

That would require money for a lawsuit

The US also needs a tier 1 that isn't completely insane, that would be cool. The crumbling of the basic structure of the Internet is setting a terrifying precedent and needs to be rectified ASAP. Nothing on the farms is illegal and this kind of deplatforming is unacceptable in a free society.

I have no idea how this works. Maybe my ISP is connected to another ISP, which blocked KF.

Switching to a Bulgarian server made the site instantly accessible.

This is crazy; all this next gen information warfare aimed at one tiny, backwater website. How any of this activity is legal is a mystery? From a basic Data Protection standpoint, even. This is someone accessing information on a limited liability company with systematic malice in mind. You'd be fired in any other industry, and your company fined to ribbons.

It's legal because enough people are willing to let them do what they want.

For one thing, nuking Net Neutrality was abysmally retarded... can thank Trump & his sinister stooge Ajit Pai for that one. NN was one of the few good things Obama gave us. Giving these companies back the right to treat traffic differently was sheer lunacy when we all knew these companies thrive by their mutual agreements to reinforce their local monopolies... although this probably wasn't the end result that we should've expected six years later.

I'm just glad the problem will solve itself eventually, naturally of course

yeah but that extra few dollars a month is so expensive
well, no joke... if I can get around spending even a small amount, (((I))) will
VPNs are like Netflix, they allow you a certain number of concurrent connections per subscription. Maybe if you know a Kiwi you can trust you can split a sub, or if you are good at art or something you can whore yourself out for free sub time.

The amount of trust isn't necessarily that high either, depending on the VPN provider. Some of them really don't ask for much information from you to open an account, so there's nothing for randos to find even if they log in as you.

If anyone does this though I would seriously consider paying by the month just so you can make a new account if you have a falling out with your VPN buds.
