You need to use the traceroute utility. Use the IP address, 103.114.191.1, don't use the website URL or they will Google it and regurgitate the cathedral propaganda. Using traceroute, show them where the route dies, and ask them to raise a complaint with the upstream carrier. Also lie and say you have Sprint and it works on mobile.

Do traceroute to Yahoo and Google and compare, your first hops might have ICMP turned off.

No, that's a reason I've been hesitant about going and sending out emails or w/e.

If there's someone inside this company who's in with the trans hivemind they would have absolutely no qualms about quietly leaking any info they got. I'm not sure which protections would be appropriate/sane to take, because who exactly is behind the problem doesn't seem clear and this whole situation is very gay and stupid.
