Offline chat is just the streaming term for a certain streamer's chat whenever they aren't live. In the case of keffals.gg (and similar sites), the chat is always available for anyone with a KGG account to post in, but if you post it in when Keffals isn't live, then you are posting in offline chat. Destiny has this, Vaush has this, it's literally just an industry term.

Lucas is a cheap motherfucker, Walmart clothing is probably seen as too expensive for him. He definitely buys the cheapest, worst, sweatshop factory Chinese clothes from Amazon. Plus he's socially inept, there's no way he would try to leave home to visit a brick and mortar store. He's happy to get that Amazon Prime next day delivery and then claim a refund in 48 hours.

I managed to sit through that video Lucas posted a few days ago about him "leaving the Internet for awhile". Some things stuck out to me, he said he was "depressed and even got an offer from a friend in the US to stay with him". This could of been No dong jones, If I recall maybe 600-700 pages ago, there was a bit of a falling out between these people all trying to take credit for "bringing Kiwi Farms down". I have a few theories.
1. Lucas has relegated all his efforts to take down Kiwi Farms to Elliot (no dong) and John (sinseer) so he can sort of slink back and get away from it and come back after some time and pretend none of it happend, he wasn't totally unhinged, flirting with minors, giving kids drugs, harrased companies, posted edgy shit and calling himself a faggot etc.
(Least likely in my opinion because he's to much of an attenion whore)
2. He has literally nothing to talk about, what boosted him into the mainstream was his attempt to cancel DesTiny and then Kiwi Farms, he says in the video he doesn't want to cancel people and the words don't bother him, Of course his actions and words are two entirely different things. There was maybe 30 puff pieces written about keffals during late August- early October, Only a few have updated saying the Kiwi Farms is not entirely off the Internet, making his whole "public crusade" pointless and moot.
(50/50 probability on this one)
3. In that same video he says people are taking him too seriously now that he has caught mainstream attention, "digging up tweets I made last year as a joke and thinking it's serious people expect me to be this sort of activist when I'm not", which is a pretty funny self own but nonetheless he may literally have been told to log off by various more serious and politically motivated actors from the lgbt communties because he's a poor representation of them and potentially the blackmail of the scam GoFundMe.

IMO, There's no good will to be gained from this outside of Lucas's simps reaffirming their loyalty to him.
