He's the "Field CTO", a title I have never heard of before today. Chief Technology Officer is an executive position, not sure how it works to have two.

It was explained better somewhere back in the thread, but a field CTO is pretty much a sales and marketing position. He should be pushing how great their tech is, either to potential clients or to the conference circuit, and bring back feedback about potential customer needs and requirements.

When I called my Internet provider to ask why I was in the farcical situation of using a European VPN to access a totally legal US website I told them if it wasn't fixed I'd be changing both my home and my business provider to someone who could, and would be recommending that anyone I did business with do the same. I don't know if a complaint from a small business is treated any differently. I think it's more that some sneaky troon fuck tried to put the blockers on us without it actually being official, and as soon as they noticed enough people making a fuss about it someone higher up has gone to see what was wrong and fixed it.
Hopefully the faggot responsible got disciplined but I doubt it.
