Right now, we're going into an electoral season where it looks like a Repub might take NYC barring extenuating circumstances. They're pulling all the goalies and calling in all their favors to stem off what looks to be a fucking landslide election, and right now, the best they can do is slightly stem *some* of the bleed out.

They are beyond fucked.

I know and everyone here knows, but feds watching this thread (which they are, hi FBI/CIA) will use any chance they can get to enact more draconian measures.

Yeah, sorry dude. This isn't even remotely true.
1) Null has never received a court order or a directive from the FBI on this site. The CloudFlare "immanent threat to human life" was a lie and if even the FBI was involved, they would've immediately known that Keffals made their own fedpost anyway.
2) This thread isn't visible to anyone without an account. There is a low probability that a fed will make an account just to lurk this particular thread.
3) Despite their own propaganda to the contrary, the fed 3-letter organizations do not have access to limitless resources and have eyes everywhere. Every time we unnecessarily police our own thoughts, we're doing their work for them.

Remember Virginia and New Jersey last year? The former was an upset, and the latter went down to the wire.

Plus, Election Day proper is when Republicans typically show up. Even then, there's allegedly been a good R turnout in early voting.

I thought FL was it yesterday but he's doing one more, JD Vance sounds better and better, like a Ted Cruz or Rand Paul who doesn't want to be anything beyond a senator. He's got his money, he's got his family, he can just be a shitposter in the senate and has no one but Trump to be beholden to.
