Depends on where he is living. If Lucas is living in a 2 bedroom in one of the newer developments downtown or in the southwest part of London its probably over $2000 but if he is in a one bedroom or in a shittier older building it might be down to $1500. London’s prices have gone up but not to GTA levels(yet).
