Something in his smile makes it look like he's missing back teeth.
I don't think it's ever been confirmed, but I suspect he uses a dental flipper, which is an appliance that fits over your upper teeth like those dracula fangs you wear to job interviews. There's just something so ... off in the way his upper lip never covers his teeth, and he never shows his lower teeth, in this constant buck-toothed grimace that reminds me of an ape that doesn't like you.
In this shot ... I dunno, it doesn't look like it's seated quite right.

I am not an expert, so take with several grains of salt.

My favourite thing about it so far is the comic where Labelle uses a minority character as a shield (as I believe is the social justice vernacular):

But men dressing up as women and demanding society treats them as such, is now normalised. Everyone has to act like Dick Levine/Rachael Levine is a woman, should have access to all the same spaces etc, when it's clearly a man in a wig. This would have been thought impossible a few decades ago- and it's coming from the white house, no less.
Why not, down the track, a time when we have to call ugly old men children, let them into children's spaces? As it is now, it's described as a human right for bill to exclusively use women's toilets (and subsequently scare the shit out of any woman or girl in there, because it's legit scary to run into a giant, mentally ill looking man in the bathroom where you need enough privacy to take down half your clothes).

I think there was a case in Germany of a man identifying as a little girl- Stephonknee (some stupid spelling), and there are trans abled trans women

The censorship pisses me off most of all. Use the word or don’t. I can’t believe anyone’s thinking, “Phew, good thing I can’t see the U in the word ‘sexual,’ that would be really triggering otherwise!” “Ch*ld ab*ser? I guess he must mean chold abyser, which of course is perfectly fine.”

It’s interesting how much he doesn’t say here. He doesn’t say that he traced the image, he doesn’t say what the image was of, Hell, he could post the drawing and let people see how much we’re overreacting. I’d find that kind of sus.

Note that he also implies that the only evidence we have is that cartoon. No, that’s just the only solid evidence. We also have the incredibly inappropriate topics discussed in his comics for kids, his mysterious abandonment of the teaching profession, his endorsement of child sexual abuse, his claims to have talked to children online, his desire to create a commune for children in the middle of nowhere, his signing events in sex shops, etc, etc.

He’s already getting wrinkles. He’s gone beyond the point where even Photoshop lets him pass.
