Was doing a search for Irish names to see which ones were close to "yoghurt" (learn to spell, Anglos and Anglo-adjacents), and Eoghan was the closest I could find. Both start with "E," and both are pronounced similarly (oh-un, el-len), so it's likely he decided to pick a troon name similar to his given name.

Twitter absolutely keeps a record of everything, forever. As does all social media sites. Even if you permanently delete your account it still remains on the servers, as will all messages.
The only thing that really happens is that a flag is set that sets the account and tweets to "do not show". Nothng is deleted.
But they are saved for basically forever in case a future court order demands them to be recovered and delivered.

That said, it would be super funny if Keffals leaks his copy of these tweets. It would get a LOT of attention and Keffals lives for attention. I hope he will leak them.
