In my job and at the conference I just went to, I think I was the only one who stood up straight.

Im not sure how troon shit relates to Constitutional right to privacy though, as troon shit affects other people, not just you.
I get how they could make the argument, I just dont think its a good one.
Birth certificates relates to being able to identify if a person is really who they are claiming to be, bathroom laws are about the safety of women being forced to share those areas with men, and troons in sports is a safety issue and a fairness issue, with men taking places meant for women who can't compete on an equal footing.
The medicine thing is the only one I can that relates to privacy, but even then, its pretty important for medical professionals to know if they are dealing with a woman or a man in a lot of circumstances.
Roe Vs Wade was bad law anyway, tbh, and I'm not even getting into the ethics of abortion, its just not something the Federal government should be interfering in.
And as has been pointed out, Roe Vs Wade was a States rights issue.

Precedent doesn't necessarily apply only to the situations and facts in the original ruling. The ACLU has had success in extending the reasoning behind Roe to striking down laws involving trans issues.

The right to privacy is already in the Constitution (1st, 5th 9th and 14th Amendments). Roe v. Wade is about state's rights.

Roe vs. Wade is much better known than Griswold vs. Connecticut. Griswold determined (a better word would be invented) the right to intimate privacy. Roe established that Griswold's right to privacy could be generally applicable. The only amendment that might give a freestanding right to privacy is the 9th.
