The reason why that happens is because there are multiple narratives, all with a core of truth (like all good propaganda), that were initially shaped to target different groups of naive Westerners and make them either hostile towards Ukraine, friendly towards Russia, or at least neutral and confused in case of an open conflict.
The nazi narrative is crafted for Western tankies and socialist types, and it has been quite successful, look at the Grayzone, Jimmy Dore, but also a lot of Tulsi-bros. It's a very strong narrative on various socialist subs like Stupidpol too.
The anti-war crowd in the West is also targeted with a partial render of history, where Russia as an empire and world power is either erased from the picture completely, or only presented as the progressive counter to a racist, imperialist West, often through the glorifying of the USSR and its efforts to create a diverse&inclusive 3rd world coalition against the West.
The Jewish narrative is obviously targeted at Western neonazis and adjacent groups, just like the "Russia uphold traditional world view". It's rather humiliating that people that think of themselves as far right revolutionaries dream of Caesarism and an authoritarian dictator to set things right, and the same is true for their expectation that Russia winning will somehow help them deal with Jews and trannies in their Western homelands, and Russia will remove ZOG or w/e, which is pure insanity. There is a significant smell of submission and servility coming from this bunch, and it's quite gross.
These narratives were once localized and correctly targeted, before the West started to catch up on what's going on in social media. After things heated up and "bots" and propaganda started to be squashed, it all just started to mix up in this confusing mess of ZOG trannies and NATO nazis and hell knows what else.
The annoying part is that 20 yrs ago or so, people that would see a 5 min clip of ADL dude talking with some poor Ukrainian sod telling him to STFU about the Holodomor and that the "Jewish community" is "concerned" about other peoples having their own genocides would have went "ummm interesting what a gross fat fuck" and likely would have tried to find out more context and history about all these events. Nowadays presenting such events just results in brains shutting down and reinforcement of whatever conspiracy you're dominated by "aha look at the goy being forced by horrible Jew to slurp their zogslop it's all so clear now that oookraine is ruled by Jewish satanist nazis heuhuehue".
