It's sadly still quite common even though it's illegal here in the UK, it can be cooked up in a bathtub lab and it's cheap like really cheap we don't have a Meth problem here (it's considered a Gay party drug when it does get found) but we have a spice problem with the homeless community, I was in another City the other day and saw 5 spice zombies and could smell the shit over the general fug of a 1000+ year old city and general homeless encampment smell so there was a lot more I wasnt seeing.

I know here Spice addiction normal starts (now post ban) as it getting used in combination with other harder drugs, but spice has the same effect, is lower cost so once your on the streets begging and stealing to fuel your habits it's easyer to get some spice, and it's easyer and safe to make than Meth so it's the down and out drug of choice and what dealers are more than happy to sell.

It wouldn't shock me if something like that was happening in the states, but on a smaller scale.

Josh might know a weed dealer (every man and his dog does) but he's unlikely to have a regular hook-up with a legitimate dealer who might have the stuff.

Who knows what's in some of those D8 products he gets though. I'd stay away from those unless it's a reputable supplier with up-to-date lab tests.

I hope no one can buy any more synthetic blends. If you buy any products out of a gas station or convenience store, you deserve all the illnesses. You should only buy packaged products from actual smoke/head shops or dispensaries. I've never had any issues going to reputable stores. You can separate cannabinoids from weed and delta 8 and other derivatives from hemp at home but I do not recommend this. Cobes wouldn't even think of doing any of this unless someone told him to.
