If you'd learn from East Europe you would know there are always solutions. Not even final.
States that are valuing ethnic separation and freedom of association, for example. Or population exchanges, like we've done quite a few times in the area.
East Europe does not value minorities too much. If you choose to stay, you'll have to submit to the will of the majority ethnic group. Look at Romania, probably the best example, with a huge minority of Hungarians left seething inside a few self-segregated areas. They aren't getting autonomy nor additional "rights", instead Orban and his underlings are periodically told to calm their nerds down and tell them to stop seething so hard.
In time Romanians will assimilate them in full, or they'll have to leave, like their ancestors did from parts of Austria-Hungary when it collapsed.

That's is why I always say I'm one of the most pro-Russian people imaginable. I love the country and its culture, it has a rich history full of some absolutely brilliant people who made a major impact on the world both culturally and scientifically. Even during this war I have defended Russia against false accusations against it.

This war is literally destroying Russia's future by consuming the next generation of young men and destroying their economy without hope of recovery until things change. All of them dying for some pointless dream concocted by Soviet relics whose time has past.

Nobody could look at what Russia accomplished during the Space Race a mere decade after being absolutely savaged by WWII and tell me they can't be something incredible with the right leadership. Nobody could listen to a composition by any of the Russian legends, from Glinka to Prokofiev and not feel almost moved to tears by the sheer beauty and emotion of their works.
