So apparently Twitch in 10 months will be forcing partners to run ads on their streams, and this is the straw breaking the camel's back for Jerma, who's threatening to leave the platform if they do it:
Yet he's fine with slapping porn site sponsors onto his big passion project streams that pause the content...what? I wonder if he'll even go through with it considering he's gotten buddy buddy with Twitch's golden boys lately (Ludwig, Cr1tikal, Hasan, etc.)

It's an important distinction to make that Ludwig's on Youtube since last December, and he's been generally pretty critical with Twitch as of late. Although that could just be a result of the general drama faggotry that's been going on. I could definitely see him helping Jerma if he decides to jump ship though, so I wouldn't rule that part out.

Correct me if I'm worng, but isn't the ads more things for Twitch as opposed to the streamers? Like I don't quite know what the split is, but I have a feeling Twitch Partners don't make as much money through ads as they do stuff like donations and subs. As for the porn thing, that was something I'm pretty sure that is something that went directly through to Jerma's revenue. So basically one of them is stuff that helps him, where the other is something he is forced to do that he hardly makes anything from. Once again, might be wrong since I don't know inner workings of streaming.

Ludwig is unappealing in a way I can't quite put my finger on. I can't stand xQc but every other clip I see of him does make me laugh and I can understand why he has an audience. Ludwig has managed to weasel his way into many of my comfy streams and hasn't made me laugh once. No idea why such a boring, obtrusive retard has such a large audience. To each their own I guess, but I wish he'd fuck off and stay in his own lane instead of piggybacking off of funnier people who'd otherwise be enjoyable to watch.

I'm doing a bit of digging on Google and while I'm not certain, I'm guessing it's referring to the fact that his sponsored Gotham Knights streams from a few weeks back had Hasan in them, and not that there was any direct sponsorship from Hasan himself.
Just googling "jerma hasan sponsor" ends up with this thread being one of the first results I've gotten (after the vods in question and a couple Reddit posts), so I assume anything more blatant would've shown up beforehand. Of course, that's just my take, I can't say I know a ton about it myself.

And why would hasan sponsor anyone? He doesn't have a product to sell and just giving other people money is not something an eCommunist would do.
