This has got be the result of Chris's only experience with life being TV. I think he referred to Family Guy as a "reality cartoon" back the virgin with rage days. Family Guy was a parody of American sitcoms of the 80s and 90s, where everything wrapped up nicely at the end of the 20 minute episode and it just all worked out. He definitely can't process what an parody actually is or means.A legit crazy person could be taken in by a mental hospital, or family members, but since Chris is just a man that was never told no, and that everything "just happens", and certainly isn't shy about not giving two fucks about this stuff, he's a bit more of a problem
He definitely had this idea that people were as goldfish brained as him and thought people would forget some of his reprehensible actions. This falls into my Family Guy sitcom theory. In the next episode, everybody is oblivious to the things that happened in the last episode.
Tldr: Chris thinks people are quick to forget and things "just happen" because he thinks Family Guy is an accurate representation of reality. But that's just a theory... a tard theory!
