To be fair, David Hogg, despite being a scummy fuck who wants to profit off of dead kids, has the image of wanting to move guns away from schools. Alex Jones has the image of uh - Skitzo? I dunno. I mean, yeah, they are both pretty similar, but Hogg's profiting is a bit more virtuous than Alex.

I'm guessing there's an issue of trying to appeal to advertisers and the folks who'd provide short term financial security before long term issues and plans can be resolved and implemented. That's my guess.
