Nintendo has said that the firing was due to Rapp moonlighting in another job that was not compatible with Nintendo's culture. Someone with half a brain does not advertise their soft porn sideline on a Twitter account where they identify themselves as a Nintendo employee. This alone seems sufficient cause to fire her, but certainly a look through her Twitter history reveals a history of defending child porn.

Anyone familiar with Nintendo knows the company strives for a family friendly image. Any company that strives to be family friendly wouldn't think of having someone represent them as a PR person if that person did have images of themselves in lingerie or sexy cosplay on the internet.
