To so it’s just Pokémon with scattered armor and weapons across the map?
Without the supported mods it's more of a place to display vanilla Skyrim stuff since it doesn't add too much by itself. It turns into Pokémon when you start integrating all the supported quest and other mods. The mod author also doesn't like the Beyond Skyrim project and the Creation Club so that's a good enough reason to support it.

Once I get my new computer and redownload all the mods I had, or start vanilla and just add mods after I do everything, then I’ll probably add that to my mod list.

Anyone have any suggestions for builds in Skyrim? I'm usually either a Khajiit unarmed build or using the Ebony Blade.

Nord, Light Armor, Two handed. Unless you're a pussy, which i'm certain from your build.

I see what you did there; very funny!

Get the Ordinator mod, make an Altmer, focus on necromancy. I call it Mannimarco 2: Skeleton Boogaloo.

Not much of a mod user, but a necromancer build sounds like it could be interesting.

Legacy of the dragonborn is great. Gave me a reason to play Skyrim again. It's what creation club should have been when it comes to lore armors and weapons.

Man, playing through Creation Club stuff is painful since Bethesda was unwilling to get new lines of dialogue made. So they really bent over backwards in the most ridiculous ways to avoid characters speaking to you. And then if they did, it was awkward as shit because they just reused vanilla game lines.

The only creation club content I liked were the extra armor just cause it added a little variety.

Then I found out it was just ripped assets from ES: Blades

Ghosts of the Tribunal and Saints and Seducers were nice just to get armor from Morrowind and Shivering Isles but their price on the Creation Club store is lunacy for what you get, which is the typical boring quest where you hunt down some dude in a shitty dungeon after reading some notes. The funny thing is, from the limited amount of time I played with it, Fishing was the one that Bethesda seemed to have put the most effort into. It has more mechanical depth than I figured the engine even supported and even added in a bunch of the old ring artifacts from earlier games, which is hilarious considering it was free and the one everyone made fun of.

They talk like Chef did in the Return of Chef episode.

What's the lore on Beyond Skyrim? I played some of the Bruma mod and it is okay. Can't say I love it though. Seems a bit overhyped.
There's a thread on it here.

tl;dr

Too many injuns, not enough chiefs. Also a lot of tranny/furry/fetishists trying to highjack portions of it.

I just recently played a bit of Bruma and yeah, it's okay. I'm looking forward to Skyblivion a lot more TBQH.

What's the difference between Warhammers and Battleaxes? I was planning on taking one of the two types as my melee of choice, but how are the two supposed to be different?

one is a blunt skill and the other an axe skill, which game are you playing?

That would be Skyrim; I read the two weapon types had some differences between each other, but I haven't really been able to figure out what those differences were supposed to be.

It's been a while since I played, but from what UESP says, warhammers are slightly heavier, deal a bit more damage, and stagger more. Battleaxes are slightly faster. Nothing dramatically different, but if you're investing in two-handed, you'd probably want to decide whether you'd go for bleed damage with the battle axes perk or ignoring armor with warhammer's.

Greatswords are where its at. If you're using the Unofficial Patch (and you absolutely should), they're the fastest to swing which means you can recover from attacks a lot faster and block the next one, important if you're facing down lots of enemies.
