I severely doubt it. Not only do they lie, he's so damn triggering to them they'd never listen to more than out-of-context soundbites. (Which are useless for someone like him who can't convey an idea in less than two paragraphs.) I suspect Peterson works on whatever permament-assmad neural circuits hold their Trump Derangement Syndrome. Trump is cocaine and Peterson is some other strong stimulant used to blunt the crash when they can't get the "good stuff".

I'm no expert on Jordan Peterson but here's what I know of him:
1) He doesn't like fascists. He regularly recommends Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland and that book is very anti-fascist, and not in the antifa sense. (That said, when the book isn't directly discussing Nazis it's railing against authoritarianism and doesn't even realize it. Most of its criticisms of "fascism" apply directly to the modern left.)

2) He doesn't like communists either, so of course they hate him. Recently he said the "Marxist religion" inevitably leads to genocide and poverty. (For the curious, it was during his recent conversation with Alberta's new premier, about an hour and five minutes in. )

Spoiler: Digression about that interview.

My opinion of her went from cautiously optimistic to she's-more-of-the-same when Peterson said kids these days need to get married to someone of the opposite sex and start having kids and she went all "Diversity is our strength" and LGBTQ2+ and started talking up the gays she's working with and the tranny running the firearms office. I turned off the interview at that point.

3) He's of the belief that "nonbinary" people are demanding people treat mood changes as "fluid" sexuality. He's also criticized the entirety of identity politics, calling people who go in for it narcissists - he does love that word - and arguing identity can't be subjective because mental health isn't subjective. Which is pretty close to saying anyone who thinks they're something they aren't is nuts, in my opinion.
