I'm struggling with this one due to how many inappropriate quote marks Bob throws up everywhere but is this dumbass really suggesting that JD isn't in the picture?

He's right there on the left as Jerrycurl Vance. I know Bob knows what that looks like because he's commented on it before. The only other thing that I can think is that he means JD isn't in the room to stop Trump from posting this? As if this is SO racist that even JD would stop this? Or would JD stop this because continuing to do one of the thing that won Trump the presidency 2 times, memes, would suddenly tank them?
