Given that a large part of the appeal of FNF was its inclusion of classic Newgrounds characters, I don't think this new game will have the same sort of popularity. Maybe the kids and Tumblr outcast drama whores will latch onto it because it has pretty colors, but I really don't give a rat's ass.

You know I get people are trying to reclaim Sonic.exe from the sperg furry nazi creator and all. But Making it a literal virus that can crash your computer isn't the way to go. These kids are getting nuts in how stupidly far they take a funny rhythm game.

God This is reminding me of the trash tier MLP fangame "Luna Game" that would fill a folder with a shit ton of images when you are forced to close the game.

Actually, it's more of an OC based off of the creepypasta called "No More Innocence".

I can't be bothered to read up on this thing, but according the wiki it's some kind of japanese spirit that gives kids a Sonic game addiction.

And what if it' a OC? It's still sonic.exe related. At this point sonic.exe is going the way of the sonic fandom as a whole where everyone got there own OC monster.

Edit: On top of that, you know given how many god damn copies of sonic game is apparently possessed by these monsters. It gonna be harder to find a normal copy of the game.

I don't remember being this level of sperg during the OG eddsworld, leo&Satan and smosh days. Then again, i didn't see many teenie boppers drawing ship art as i stayed off tumblr and had zero social media.

Maybie internet accesss being easily phone accessible/kids having smartphones at 10 is causing half this bullshit. Who knows

Everything is just bigger now. Sure accessibility is also part of it, but now that youtube and other websites/apps are so much much bigger. So even new fandom will grow at alarming rates nowadays just because how easy it is for kids to find these things once the ball starts rolling.

One viral video is all you need to be the fire starter for a inferno of kids jumping onto the fandom if it look kiddy enough.

Remember how big slenderman nonsense got, that will look small nowadays.

So, they said they couldn't add Hog because allegedly sega "would get pissed" and didn't want them to add sonic characters. So the solution is "add actual sonic characters anyway" and suddenly that fixes everything?

Nothing to do with the post but I find it hilarious how unironically mad minors get when they're told to gtfo +18 spaces and this is how they "retaliate". It also happens often within /funkg/ because most people in this community are starving for attention whether it is positive or negative.​
