F.A.Qs about Jail, State Hospital, and Court

It is much more likely that Chris is just being an idiot and just agreed to it without understanding what it meant, and I understood from the start that other explanations existed and were more plausible.
It's way more likely Chris did his usual thing of only hearing what he wants to hear than that Heilberg committed a disbarrable offense.
Outside of the small number of people on the internet who know about him, Chris is just some hick retard who got busted for a sex offense.
Except for one person, to whom Chris is a client he owes a duty to.

There's no way he'd accept what's expected of him in a tard home. as as soon as he gets in he'll start complaining about having a roommate*, and it'll only go downhill from there.
*Although I guess there is the small chance Chris always wanted a roommate (he did make up Crystal his twin sister), but I doubt he'd want another group home patient as one.
I think modern Chris might actually be ok with a roommate. He has made an effort to be more sociable than before, attending conventions, visiting local friends, trying to make friends on twitter etc. It's part of his benevolent goddess shtick, he's not as outwardly hostile as he was during the mid-2010s. He might complain in private though.

There are certain things that will make him freak out, but I don't think it's his roommate that he will have a problem with. He'll probably be more difficult with the staff.

For the most part I agree with this, but as I said I wonder if he'd be ok with the type of roommate he'd be stuck with in the home. If he had some enabler who fed into his delusions, or even just a fairly normal person that doesn't outwardly condemn his godhood, he'd be fine. But he's not getting those types of people, he's getting a male roommate that is as mentally impaired as him and wouldn't play into Chris' delusions. Unless Chris somehow becomes the tard messiah and converts the other group home residents to his neo-Christianity stupidity, he will despise them.
He'll probably be more difficult with the staff.
He'll definitely be more difficult with the staff, they're the ones who'll tell him to shower and get off the internet.

I'm not sure how much of this I'd really agree with this, but your point on his playing up of his "benevolent goddess" act is fair.

What I think of most are his disgusting habits and general unkemptness. Chris' home was in a state of constant disrepair on hoarder levels- though how much of this was from Barb I'm not sure.

Would he be a suitable roommate for anyone when he won't shut up about his egg-laying trans pokemon concubines?

though how much of this was from Barb
A lot of it was Barb, though surprisingly in the last few years the house relatively was cleaner.
Chris took plenty of videos and while there were still boxes everywhere. You could actually walk somewhat. She was trying to get rid of a lot of stuff around 2016-2017. Always trying to donate it.
That being said I'm not sure how much of it also just got thrown into the downstairs.
Even Chris' room was less fucked. Though he seems to have taken over a completely separate room for all of his toys (citation please, the shoe spray paint video which room is that?).
Still it shows a level of method in the madness. His room was 90% less cluttered around 2018.

Chris' original room was eventually converted into storage for more junk, and he took over a new room and also had a "work room". Looking through images the big difference is he makes an effort to keep his rooms navigable, unlike the rest of the house which is about as difficult to get through as the Goblin King's Labyrinth.

More likely than Heilberg misrepresenting the deal to Chris, or Chris being an idiot not understanding it, is that Chris decided it meant something else than it did, because that's what he does. He incorporates the real world into his fantasy world and alters the details to his ego's benefit. He's done that with every troll, jerkop, boyfriend-free girl, Null, and every other person and habbening in his life

Chris is not the only stubborn moron Heilberg has represented. He knows what he’s doing. Scaring him with realities of prison (without threatening, lying, or going over the top) might be all it takes.

The famous “windows to hell” statement happened a long time ago. Has Chris said anything more recently about other tards? It’s possible he usually can’t tell when someone else is at a similar mental level unless they’re throwing a fit. The prospect of living with other “high functioning” autists might not be the absolute NO we think it is, especially if the alternative is more lockup. He might fancy his life would mostly go on as it did before (ha).
In a tard home he has a nonzero chance of watching MLP on the TV. Maybe Randall, the biggest of the tards, is also a bronie and can wrangle the remote for him.

E: They might even have vidya

I directly said in that post that it's much more likely Chris was just being an idiot and didn't understand what the deferral meant, and that Heilberg breaking his oath was just the first thing that came to mind. There are a variety of explanations for why Chris took the deferral, and I am open to any other suggestions you might have because yes, a reputable lawyer doing something like that is unlikely.
I think a lot of people underestimate Chris and his autism. If he can use it to get something he wants, he'll be the most autistic person in the world. Remember back in the Golden Age when Chris was first found? Every single time he'd whine about not getting pussy or getting consequences for his shitty behavior, he'd always make sure to mention he was autistic.

Him believing that he'd be let out without consequences if he signs a document saying he's autistic is something he'd jump at. It would just reinforce that he was the special boy, once again.

Chris also has no clue how the justice system placement works. Somewhere that's not a jail cell, even with tards roaming around, wouldn't be anything he'd be against. In fact, I'm sure it's stroking his ego with how many big time psych doctors and other people giving him the attention he craves.

ETA: The worst thing for Chris, would be to be thrown in amongst the common prison rabble, or else just locked in a hole with no communication. Chris is a leech for attention and he's getting a lot where he is.

Actually a tard home might be more than happy to have its inmates patients watching children's programing. That often tends to be the only entertainment the downies and spergs get because material too violent or aexual might set them off. Really it all boils down to what kinda place gets sent too. An actual home with a small staff of special needs councilors would be like going to an an all day adult day care. A big facility with councilors, therapists, and doctors? Well it depends it can range from going to summer camp to a just a few notches below a Minimum security corrections institute.

So would that mean they would also have basic child friendly vidya or just none at all? I'm guessing it'd depend on the home.

He'll be fine so long as he isn't sent somewhere he can't avoid being an annoying prick and getting tard slapped.

The only problem I see here is that Chris absolutely hates G5, the current version of pony, because his constructed fantasy realm is threatened by the fact G5 tore down the world of G4 as part of the backstory transition.

Remember he punched holes in his wall over G5 and was planning on protesting G5 at Everfree Northwest before he decided to do possibly the single dumbest thing he's ever done.

No facility is going to allow a 'patient' to watch something that's going to trigger them so badly.

On the other hand, he hated Equestria Girls at first as well. He has a very hard time with change (🧩), but in the past he’s gradually adapted. He even bought at least one copy of the blarms game, iirc.

However, if he’s still tarding out over it, I agree it could be a problem. (I think he’d be called a “resident”?)

Yeah depends on the home. If he goes to one willing to give him a few games to play chances are it'd be an ancient wii in the rec room and no sonic games, wii fit, sports and all the ones that encourage some form of exercise.

You know what if people over use that phrase realised that they could be considerd in the same bucket as Chris protesting pink cartoon horses they might just stop using it at the drop of a hat.

Didn't he only start changing his mind on Equestria Girls came out with figures that he could "customise" and one of them by default looked like his MLP self insert in a skirt so he just added some stripes to it etc.

I'd love to see the CCTV of his time in custody even he can get bored and I can see him doing some really odd stuff to try an pass the time.

He started liking Equestria Girls because it was set in a high school, Chris' favorite place, and his original reason for disliking it was "pedofiles". [sic]. As Optimus said, G5 represents to Chris the complete destruction of a part of his fantasy world, as well as the end to the conventions which were becoming one of the few places he could interact with people in real life. I think if he were forced to pick between G5 or Sesame Street, he would suck it up and pick G5, but who knows there'll probably be another show this Chris will like even more than either.

He's used his hair for a lot of arts and crafts before (made a hair pendant to encourage growth, sent By some trolls his hair, even made an MLP pony with his hair). By now I'm sure he's amassed an assortment of dolls cobbled together from his hair and whatever he can get in jail.

The main thing is that there's no way Chris would willingly agree to the deferral if he knew it meant he had to live with his fellow tards for a year and doesn't really clear him of guilt. Something happened where he does not understand his situation, and the first I thought of would be that Heilberg didn't inform Chris on what's going on like he already has been. It is much more likely that Chris is just being an idiot and just agreed to it without understanding what it meant, and I understood from the start that other explanations existed and were more plausible.
As a side note don't act like courts are always fair and ethical, because there have been a variety of very public mistrials.
It's far more likely that Chris has been informed by his lawyer about literally everything and that his lawyer is tard wrangling him while also staying within the confines of the law. He's not going to lie to Chris, but he can present what the truth is in a way that will make him more compliant.
