I’m confused. A couple of TiF posts lately have talked about getting metoidioplasty, or that pointless snipping of the swollen testosterone clit so the TiFs can hold it up and pretend to have a microdick…and then they’ve said they’re having phalloplasty (rotdog installation) at a later date.
Why would you have both? Even if the surgeon doesn’t do the clit skinning and stuffing it into the rotdog/tortellini flaps, why go through the microdick release if you’re planning to have a fake dick added on too? The only possible reason I could think of would be something like a metoidioplasty making it easier to bury the skinned clit into the rotdog, as rotdogs are usually installed quite high on the female mons. Or is it an attempt to have two dicks better than one (though not really, when neither work)?
I swear one of the TiFs said she’d had her urethra rerouted through her newly released horrorclit, too, which feels like body horror to me. The idea of a surgeon drilling a hole in your clit then being expected to piss out of it for the rest of your days makes me cringe. Alright if anyone remembers, I posted about a 15 year old who was going to get Top surgery.

I now can take a Deep breath, be less anxious about being clocked when I am stealth at school, and I can just be a regular 15 year old boy besides the fact I have no penis. I want to get this thick bandaging off so I can fully see my new chest. There surgeries are life saving.
