Yeah they're Unconstitutional. That was put in the Constitution for a very good reason, it stops someone getting into power and punishing their political opponents. It makes sense, legal guilt require Mens Rea, (I think, I'm not a Law Fag if anyone wants to chime in) if something wasn't a crime at the time you can't have knowingly broken a law that didn't exist yet.
In the case of gender butchers I'd say there's a good case for retroactive laws because it's obviously immoral and should be illegal now, the people doing it are utter filth but I don't think you'd get it past the Supreme Court.
It's not a good idea to start fucking with the Constitution, it gives the (more crazy) Democrats an opening to get rid of the 1st and 2nd Ammendments.

She's going to end up like the guy in this post (KF Link, man who felt immense regret after undergoing vaginoplasty despite being told not to do it). This dude was told REPEATEDLY by his friends and family and even a stranger who somewhat cared about his well-being to NOT DO IT because of the immense pain and regret he'll feel later on. Unfortunately for them, they're not part of the tranny hugbox, so he didn't listen.
Only 3 days post SRS, he's the most depressed and suicidal he's ever been.

She's doing the same thing and dismissing the woman who told her to not do it as a TERF just to make herself feel better, and reached out to her tranny hugbox so they can all reaffirm her choice to get a double mastectomy... er, 'top surgery.' She's only 15 by the way.
It may seem like top surgery and taking testosterone isn't that bad compared to a vaginoplasty but detrans stories say otherwise. I can't feel sad for adults but young people who were in a cultish community. Young people aren't really mature enough to make decisions like SRS, especially when they are in a love-bombing cult. I'm not well with wording these but I feel sad for minors who fell into this transgender trend because of the puberty dysphoria every girl and boy experiences. Young people feel estranged to their bodies during the puberty years and want to stop the changes, some people are taking advantage of their temporary dysphoria (that would've gone away in a few years) and brainwash youth into thinking that they were born in the wrong body.

OOTH adults are able to their own judgements, they can decide whatever they want to do their own bodies if they know well enough. Those adults who refused listen the ones who regretted/had complications from SRS and hormones, I do not feel sad for them. They chose their own fate.

Honestly, 15 - 18 year olds are practically babies right now too. They were mostly stuck at home 'learning' online for 2 years. They haven't had the experiences that other generations had at that age. They haven't built up resilience. I believe it’s essential for KF to stay on the clearnet for this very reason. The constant erasing of anyone or anything that exposes the reality of the mutilation being pushed by trans activists and their medical collaborators is very deliberate. Praise Jersh for being a one man army.

I reaaally want to see some kinda research that compares people that had extreme genital dysphoria versus those people that had no problem with their genitals cause this is one of the big dufferences in those old studies they use, the people in them usually weren't using their sex organs, the organs themselves caused distress so getting rid of them didn't have the same implications compared to a normal sexually active loon (note that this is not to say I think SRS is necessarily a solution for these people either, but it probably needs some different treatment and stuff)

A sudden rush of testosterone at age 15 (or whenever) has got to affect a body differently than the androgens you get going through a natural puberty. Especially since prepubescent boys already have slightly higher levels of active testosterone than girls (here is people testing salivary testosterone from age 6 to 9 and finding consistent higher levels, for example). I wonder if that's related to the early balding in some FtMs, as well as the voice/larynx problems a lot of FtMs have. Boys have been mithridatizing the testosterone poison their whole lives, girls haven't.

(This is all just a guess because as far as I know the benevolent gender-affirming doctors and researchers have never bothered to look into it)

Not to be autistic, but PPT, sigmoid colon vaginoplasty, and PI vaginoplasty are different techniques.
PPT is the newest technique, designed for women with vaginal agenesis (I believe) and is performed by some surgeons in Europe and the US for the most part.
Sigmoid colon vaginoplasty is the one that uses intestinal tissue and is far more associated with Thai surgeons, but is performed by a handful of others around the world.
PI vaginoplasty is the most common and oldest technique of inverting the skin from the penis, and often using skin grafts from the scrotum to create a canal. PI is also sometimes combined with PPT, depending on the tissue available.
