2) To answer your question: the next stage (after stretching and yeast infusion) is to flatten out the dough, but leave raised edges. Try to get as close to a circle as possible. Add sauce and cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake for 20-25 until edges are crispy and golden brown.

It's exceedingly easy to FILE a lawsuit in America. $250 and you're on your way. Getting it to pass muster is another story though. That's where the misconception comes from.

However, I believe you are unfortunately correct about being unable to sue. Ianal but IF batshit crazy tranny mom is telling the truth (unlikely story) I suppose their may be something in the way of not even meeting basic post operative care standards. Which I suppose wouldn't be influenced by it being an experimental surgery. Even then... Probably extremely unlikely.

E: In that example I believe the suit would be due to general lack of care. So even if they win, it wouldn't affect the tranny part of the surgery or legislation so probably wouldn't come close to anything we would consider a desirable outcome.

If it gets blocked, expect permanent congestion, sinus infections, constant and pressure in that area. A lot of these people don't even have the mental capacity to consent though, especially after being rushed through the very procedures that are in place to keep this kind of thing from happening (therapy, etc). Capacity is a whole other mess of its own to prove of course. There would also need to be a huge public outcry, and only a fraction of these doctors and therapists would ever get punished, but sometimes that's all it takes. I do think there are ways forward. I guess we'll find out in a few years.

They're aren't stupid, the Dr Poonwrong types know they are covered by both the paperwork they no doubt make the trooners sign before hand and the societal pressure from the Cult of Slaanesh to anyone who dare voice doubts afterwards, but the lack of aftercare and the way they often just flat out ghost the increasingly desperate troons who have complications would be hard to justify to a jury or a medical ethics committee. Of course the general lack of hygiene of the average troon probably doesn't help, surgical sites are supposed to be kept clean and these troons seem to think washing is optional, it's no wonder they get infections.
The experimental nature of these fucking Unit 731 type surgeries mean that other surgeons often refuse to interfere, least they be tied up in any future malpractice case, I think these butchers know they are on borrowed time and are just riding the wave while they can, it will only take one troon to successfully sue to open the floodgates, that's why there is such resistance to letting even the most egregious of cases get that far.

I think with it being publicly and legally defined now, it gives the Dr protections. For example, you have a state that says "a transgender person is someone who has socially transitioned to the gender of their preference" or however they refer to it now. So a man in a dress comes in and tells you he's a transgender woman. He wants his dick inverted and has insurance willing to cover it. He meets the state's definition of a trans person so you're covered. "I wasn't hurting, I was affirming" will be their defense.
