His rebuttal needs to be brought up every time he calls for online censorship. Alex Caraballo has now stated that every American should be able to express their personal views on social media and that he supports the 1st Amendment.
So that means that Caraballo must been fine with allowing all speech that is not obscene or direct calls for violence and all else is that not protected under the 1st Amendment.

They have zero opsec because they've never felt they needed it, and for the past 10-20 years they've been absolutely correct. Until very recently, they were all but impervious to even the most milquetoast criticism or rebuttal, to the point that people lose their jobs, businesses, spouses, and even freedom for daring to do so.
It has never once occurred to them that their past words could come back to haunt them because until now they never really have. Yes there have been limited "incidents" where woke directors get themselves fired (then quietly re-hired a month later) for racy shit they said a decade ago, but for the most part attempts to hold these people accountable for their words and actions have been completely fruitless until very recently.
This is likely the first time this dipshit has ever been maneuvered into a position where he could not physically escape the situation and simply block his inquisitor or have her fired or otherwise shut down. It's a testament to how rarely he's ever actually been held accountable for anything that he was completely unprepared for this.
They're all like that. They've all got that "surprised Pikachu" face because their armor isn't just getting dented, it's damn near fallen off at this point as more and more people wake up to the reality of where all the violent rhetoric (and pro-pedophilia sentiment) is actually coming from.

It should be noted that Nancy Mace is a serious, centrist Republican Representative. She's no Qtard, is solidly in favour of middle ground solutions between both sides and a supporter of LGBT rights. Labelling her as a Fascist or whatever won't work, it's unfounded horseshit. And frankly? It's good that she of all people questioned Caraballo in public. The Trans Rights movement needs accountability, you can't simply have any lunatics going around, preaching whatever the fuck they want with immunity to consequences, this only breeds tribalism and hate!
Some people are simply riding too high on their horses to realize rhetoric isn't without consequences (quite ironically, a point made by the very same people that preach the "good" kind of extremist rhetoric!). People that fight for good causes need to be held accountable for their conduct, just like everyone else. And frankly, these guys are way too high on their own egos to realize how fucking fascist they sound when saying that horseshit, how the fuck are you going to persuade someone to become more tolerant by being a completely unhinged asshole to them? Imagine you're a middle aged guy with kids, mostly leaning towards conservatism but a cool guy overall. It's usually not a tenure track position.
It would be kind of a derail to go into it but there are tenure track positions where you can end up with tenure and almost unfireable eventually (these are disappearing as universities up their tuitions while cutting costs to the bone to swindle as much money from the taxpayer as possible in the form of unrepayable loans for worthless degrees). Then there are those positions that don't.
Generally most things with the word "professor" in them can eventually end up that way, things like "instructor" aren't, and "teaching assistants" are usually grad students being paid nearly nothing.
Different universities do it in a lot of different ways though.
