On the 16th of November our good friend EFNO posted 2 photos to Twitter, now before going to Ireland originally Keffals bragged how their Irish friend had 'great Opsec', so I didn't think I'd gain much but I figured I'd have a look.

I discovered a purple link for a property that I'd discarded as a possibility due to it looking too expensive. Funnily enough though, it's right slap bang in the middle of this area, curiously close to a certain cathedral actually (Which was casually brought up in this thread as I liked the ceiling art.)
So lets have a look at what sort of apartment this 32+ story tall penthouse skyscraper has to offer, that corner looks somewhat familiar:

You can't just go off of a corner in a wall though, you need something else to support a hypothesis, so lets compare those distinctive baseboards, getting the best picture from the listing I could we have this comparison:

Now using the video @Morally Self Righteous posted you can actually see a mistake that Keffals made with the blind, the blind isn't pulled all the way out on the left, you can see a door frame, and if you look closely light can be seen flickering from underneath a closed door, meaning the doors aren't white, they're dark.

Now does that door show anything? Actually yes. it means that it cannot possibly be a 1 bedroom apartment as they don't have doorways there, they have miniature hallways a bit further down, the orientation also rules out some of the 2 bedroom apartments which leaves us with only 2 potential apartment types, effectively identical except that they're on opposite corners of the building
Keffals said that they paid for a years rent in advance, that means that even if we were to take the cheaper of the 2 options that this means Keffals dropped: $28,812 of that GFM on a years rent!
Disclaimer just in case Keffals tries to ignite a new "I have to flee" saga/grift: the building complex has an excellent security which includes guards, as well as the fact that each floor plan is identical and even if we narrow it down to 2 potential apartments per floor, 32 odd floors means that there's 60+ potential apartments.
I do have some bad news for Keffals though, I'd imagine that 1 year is the maximum rent that Keffals was allowed to sign up for in 1 go, from the looks of the Google reviews this is because new builds are exempt from Rent price increase caps and there's a lot of 1 star reviews complaining of a 10% increase in rent. Either way I'm sure @Something Awful will be able to confirm that come next year that with Keffals current Twitch sub count that they won't be able to cover rent without dipping into the Patreon income (Which supposedly is only for paying the wages of Keffals 'Team).
