First (and I say first but there were other steps before) it was understood that there was a distinction between women and transwomen, it was a matter of living in the way that was best to deal with their dysphoria, a solution of sorts to stabilize their mental health.
Then no, there's no need for dysphoria, and if you disagree, you're
truscum. All it takes is your word that you
feel that way and done, self-defined transwomen it is. But you gotta walk the walk if you talk the talk.
Then no, you don't have to have surgery or even
socially transition to be a transwoman. If you say you are, then you are, have been, and always were a transwoman, even with your 5 o'clock shadow and your big dick hanging out. It's a transwoman's dick.
