As @Aliénor pointed out fake boobs are still a dangerous health risk. The medical industry is CRAZY and every year it manages to get more unethical, unsafe, and unconcerned with the well being of patients and the people who take care of them.

You might be right about him being unable to think long-term, and if so the best he can hope for is that he gets on benefits quickly after the Tranch breaks up and ends up living near some nice nerdy people who will nod patiently at his sperging and clap when he buys a toy. That said, I dug up the post where he outright says the toys are a coping mechanism:

Obviously I can’t say for sure as perhaps there are people who are even more selfish who don’t broadcast their activities to the world at large.
