there are 2 sides to every story and for legal reason, I will only briefly address the recent attempts to weaponise, monetize and use my grief, misfortune and personal crisis as a sheild and smoke screen to gain sympathy and support for something that should have been handled privately.
The Sanctimonious, manipulative and selective twitter dump dropped by Mr. Eltaeb enguages in character assasination. He has falsely accused and slandered me and put out a false narrative of this project and my willignness to complete the books. In an attempt to save face with COMICSGATE FIRST and then our supporters. The Infor he decided to post was one sided in a seeming attempt to sway the court of public opinion, chest thumping and virtue signaling.
As for hid "receipts"" of cropped out screenshots taken out of context and additional references to distortions of phone conversations that were had. Hearsay presented as facts. Trying to portray me as a liar and a theif who had no plans of finishing the book. This narrative is a complete lie and and attack on my family, Livelihood and career. He was sent a letter multiple times, giving him the chance to come back to the table and he chose to ignore it. Choosing to continue to juxtapose my wife's illness and my so called departure from the book to prop himself up and misrepresent the situation to the backers.
I am not a Liar or a theif and certainly not a baby killer as Mr. Eltaeb would have you believe. As a father of three and devoted grandfather I would never Speak ill or in a Vile way about anyone's loss of a child as was claimed in his Heinous accusation. I can Not steal what is mine and making assumptions of what I was going to do or not do in the future was absured and wrong.
He does not fully own TJAW and never has been my boss. Making it appear to the public and our backers that he can go on and finish the book with out me is a great misrepresentation. Bottom line, we own this property 50/50. I have no desire to have an unprofessional back and fourth online battle with Mr. Eltaeb and will handle my end of it as privately as Possable.

So far Gabe has showed up to a convention to challenge Mark Brooks to a fight, threatened to sue Smiller, and Patrick Parnell, and has lawyered up against his former partner Dave Williams. A partner, who he's constantly reminding everyone has a wife suffering cancer. Now he's using photos of his dead son in a twitter beef. All in the name of CG comes First!

Gabe has receipts, but between constantly bringing up William's Wife's cancer, accusing him of scamming CG out of money, and his dead son I'm flabbergasted at the situation.

Do we have a new lolcow? Of all the Right Wing Grifters, Gabe has to be the least slick and most shameless about it.

There has to be a better way to handle a book breakup than this.

Yea it's over, and another CG split is on the horizon. It looks like it will only get worse from here, that is for CG, for us, it should provide another entertaining saga in the the CG story. I for one can not wait for it!
Just like in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, the biggest question of them all was who was working for Wanka, when it comes to this CG saga, the biggest question of them all is what side @FROG will take. I just finished watching his recent drama stream, I have to give the frog credit, he turned it around. I thought for damn sure David Williams was going to be thrown under the bus. Frog is like cesear in the colosseum, waiting for the crowds demands before casting his vote for life or death. For now it looks Like david Williams Lives, and as for Gabe he has been put on the crouds shit list. If he shuts the fuck up and stay close to Eric July he shall live as well.
All in all another entertaining CG Drama shit show concluded.

Are there enough paypiggies still squealing for this to matter? I haven't been paying a lot of attention to the projects seeking funding, but it sure seems the numbers are way down, especially when you move on from a big CG name.

Also, it seems to me you've got EVS as basically the pope of CG, somebody you cross at your peril. He excommunicates you, you better do that Walk To Canossa for absolution double time. And I don't see a Martin Luther (Tenapel, Smiller, the ironically uber-Catholic Ernst, notwithstanding) figure anywhere on the horizon.
